CONCEIVED IN ONENESS

IAM Presence IAM, an idea IAM
conceived in the moment that's Now
eternally Being expanding perfection
as the Heart of All Things - that is how

A Love that is pure and neutrally balanced
detached from programming of past
a fine cosmic galaxy reigning supremely
a star that is Presence at last

Conceived in the Oneness of original glory
embracing the All That There Is
a magical presence this life that is awesome
the wonderland Wizard of Wizz

A wondrous conception this idea of Life
IAM Presence omnipotent Soul
in the Heart of All Things IAM everywhere found
as One IAM Presence, conceivably whole

LIKE A WAVE ON THE SHORE

Like a wave on the shore is the wave of creation
the in breath and out breath of time
yet all simultaneous in Now, Present Moment
the anchor of Source is a blessing sublime

Self surfs the waves as each rolls to the shoreline
then back once again to the deep
once more to the ocean to surf once again
the wave that is waking us all from our sleep

Source is our anchor which keeps us afloat
as we roll back and forth with the tide
it pulls us and pushes with gentle persuasion
in order we see the true place we abide

The Source as the ocean is calm in its patience
yet times there's a current that's rough
so surfing these tides it behooves us be trusting
that all that is present is perfect enough

So as we move forward in harmonisation
the symphonic sounds of the sea
they rise up in pitch then do fall down again
right on to the shore where the waverider's free

To come and to go like a bird on the wing
as the currents they flow back and forth
the in and the outbreath of All That There Is
is the compass of Source that points always due north

With the wave of creation the time it is present
when All is together again
as One - perfect balance - in love, joy and peace
Self floats on the tide and full freedom does reign

HARMONIC ATONEMENT

Conductor she stands with her baton held high
musicians alert to the call
instruments are tuned to their pure perfect pitch
symphony at play when the baton does fall

All come together in harmony as One
yet each play a part that's unique
their unified purpose does bring forth such joy
and the sound that results it is tres magnifique

Such joy does this union it brings to the givers
and receiving a round of applause
continue right on in harmonic atonement
the sound it contributes to One perfect cause

Life is a symphony and best when concordant
for dissonance is harsh on the ear
working as One in the process of living
a presence is felt that brings joy and good cheer

"PHYSICIAN, HEAL THYSELF"

In living life as Self-empowered
one surely comes to know
that all One is is All There Is
and this begins to show

One walks the way of Self-reliance
drawing from within
and knowing that the Source of All's
the best place to begin

So at last become ThySelf
and Be thy own physician
heal thySelf - so healthy Self
a wondrous transposition

No more pills or potions now
nor medicos required
in Self-reliance for One's Being
empowerment is inspired

Self-healing realigns each soul
full deep within One's core
uniting with the Source of Life
the heart begins to soar

Claiming back One's power at last
for eons giv'n away
joy is One's deserved reward
full healed, it's time to play

Life is good when lived this way
One is one's own magician
realising all is well
when One's ones own physician

ONE VALUE FOR ALL

There's only one value - a value for all
'tis love beyond measure to priceless to call
giving this gift is receiving the same
and joy's the result when one's playing this game

Valued as gold of the bright morning sun
or maybe the ferris-wheel of child-like fun
love is the answer to all of one's needs
in giving such love one is blessed in one's deeds

Found in the heart is this value so precious
it tastes like dark chocolate and's really delicious
the touch of a butterfly - gentle its flight
a soothing sweet lullaby at baby's good-night

Grace does accompany such love when expressed
with heart that is flowing like milk from the breast
compassionate love for the whole of mankind
a soft inner glow when the past's left behind

This change from within it then ripples beyond
like a palm tree in summer when waving its frond
one value for all - there's no less or no more
it's perfectly balanced, love-all is the score

THE WHOLE IN ONE

Coming together as One each We Are
we're bringing the whole into One
many drops make the ocean, the ocean each drop
the sun's many rays are each ray as the sun

Each phase of the moon is the moon being whole
bright shines on a clear summer's night
each Milky Way star is a cosmic rendition
all twinkling together, a dancing delight

Each leaf on a tree is the tree as a whole
as each seed that is nurtured, the plant
the whole that's in One is the One as the whole
arising, expanding - gregorian chant!

The whole in One Being the All That There Is
in each heart and each soul and each breath
genders are blended, divinely androgynous
original creation has overcome death

STAND ALONE

The song it says " Please Stand By Me"
yet when one's on one's own
one find's the strength deep down inside
the strength to stand alone

No longer be dependent on
another for one's peace
but find the strength to stand alone
enjoying sweet release

For in the the end there's no one else
to walk one's path in life
it's up to each to find one's way
self love removes all strife

Stand alone for this allows
for one to see the way
without dependence on outside
to live the bright new day

ALL OF YOU

The world's indeed ready
to see ALL that is You
the We and the Me
do bring ALL into view

No longer be hidden
but open up wide
allowing the world
to see ALL that's inside

Breathe deeply and know
that within can be seen
there's nothing that's hidden
it's time to come clean

Bring forth a pure heart
expand, let it grow
like crystalline waters
allow love to flow

From such sacred space
one glows like the sun
radiance so golden
can blind everyOne

Now is the time so
be balanced and steady
let's see ALL of You for
the world is now ready

THE ONE

The One and Only
there is nothing else
I look in the "mirror"
and on seeing My Self
I realise who IAM
the One and Only
imaged as You

ALONE AS ALL THERE IS

When Self as alone is experienced completely
a sense of deep peace is e'er present so sweetly
no mother no father no children no other
as One All There Is, there's no sister or brother

For these are just labels of material living
in moving 'yond such 'tis receiving and giving
as One all alone, one is whole as the One
creator, created, creation begun

Full freedom exists as the One, All Alone
self-sourcing at last, free to walk on One's own
as joy, peace and love, as creator creating
a carefree existence, OneSelf, recreating

BEGINNING AGAIN

{Written as the planetary alignment occurring at dawn on February 14 2009 announces the Age of Aquarius as now being here at last!!}

Beginning again in the name of creation
past that was ours' forgotten and gone
the slate is wiped clean and the future's a blank
we can be what we like in the power of One

Freedom is ours' in perfection that's limitless
records Akashic are memories of past
with new slate to draw on and continually cleaning
we're Creator creating a new life at last

We've learnt from the old yet creating anew
no more look behind but do forge the unknown
to journey anew in deep uncharted waters
the Now of the future is one we can own

Aquarian age it is at last now dawning
a seventh house moon and Jupiter's with Mars
the '69 song it does tell the whole story
peace guides the planets and love steers the stars

Beginning again with a heart filled with love
an uplifting beat that is pulsing away
with great cosmic grandeur creating forever
with life everlasting on dawn of New Day

NEVER TO RETURN

How perfect the change at life's road's present junction
when all as it is, is in flow
way forward is being, allowing, accepting
expansion is the way to go

Clean slate now on offer, a white board approach
wiped clean, remain pure and pristine
releasing the past, all ideas, associations
like snow top the mountain is seen

Keep white board e'er clean and all buffed like a diamond
whose facets do sparkle and shine
detaching from that is outside of Self
and instead live the life that's divine

Such wonder the sparkle as stars in the night sky
one's cosmic ascension the way
the fusion of matter with spirit - all's soul
demonstrated in full-on display

'Tis onwards and upwards, the new day's now here
life's cycle like spirals does rise
in stillness One sees One's perfection is limitless
and freedom to Be no surprise

Reincarnation's now over - no more come and go
unless one does choose this past road
move forward in living the new day forever
n'er return - for Now's One's abode

LIFE REVEALING ITSELF

As we wake up we can see more and more
the Life of all life that's been hidden
at last is the seed
that's been choked by the weed
it is now bursting through as was bidden

The peace that's been written that's passed understanding
is now coming forth into view
to be understood
as we all knew it would
cemented by Love that's the glue

That's been holding each of us safe in Its arms
while we wandered around in the dark
as we wake more
we now see as before
that the Life of all life is the spark

Now lighting its fire in the hearts of all souls
it desires to shine like the sun
this force it is reckoning
and does not need much beckoning
is uniting us all as the One

While we're united as One Supreme Soul
we too are expressly unique
our differences being
the proof there for seeing
all variables tres magnifique

Life's now revealing ItSelf in full magnitude
like never before has there been
allow Self to Be
in full measure so free
the flower in full bloom to be seen

AN EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME

One life - that's all there's ever been
going too and fro
back and forth through death and life
yet now no longer so

Immortal life lived physically
is now the way to be
a choice of course, yet most will not
for One this truth does free

One lifetime Now for Self it is
lives past and future merging
all at once as One and All
the whole of Self emerging

Hologram within the Whole
such holograms now being
each One being One complete
as imaged, e'er so freeing

Death no more for all is life
for IAM living Now
the present moment limitless
and life's a glorious

One lifetime to experience
as physically immortal
an experience of a lifetime
as a soul no longer mortal

THE LIMITLESS ONE

Within the One that's All There Is
there's Many being One
complete, unique and limitless
that's Us, each One as One

For some it is a nonsense that
there's more than only One
yet knowing One's unlimited
there's potential to have fun!

To be as One does chose to be
no limit for this One
the finger's One, as so the toe
we've twenty of these One!!

Limitless, One's is free to be
as Many Ones supreme
reproducing o'er and 'o'er
Creators 'yond all dreams!!

To place a number that is finite
says it can't expand
yet One plus One is two and one
all's possible, understand!

There's One of Us, yet Us as One
the Us says that there's more
for each of Us is One complete
each of Us, full score!

You're One, I'm One, many being
One, complete and whole
All creating All There Is
no nonsense for this Soul!
