a place of peace, love and freedom of expression

In these changing times, when the old ways are dying a natural death and the new is in the process of gestation while waiting it's natural birthing process, the transition period can either be one of staying stuck in the past or being fully present in the moment of the imminent new.....

For me the focus is on the present moment of the new in process of becoming and the following poems, written from later September 2008 when it became very evident that the old was passing away at last, are evidence of this focus.

Hold the light and focus on love. Love only will prevail and will be the foundation stone of the new world in creation.

NEVER TO RETURN

How perfect the change at life's road's present junction
when all as it is, is in flow
way forward is being, allowing, accepting
expansion is the way to go

Clean slate now on offer, a white board approach
wiped clean, remain pure and pristine
releasing the past, all ideas, associations
like snow top the mountain is seen

Keep white board e'er clean and all buffed like a diamond
whose facets do sparkle and shine
detaching from all that is outside of Self
and instead live the life that's divine

Such wonder the sparkle as stars in the night sky
one's cosmic ascension the way
the fusion of matter with spirit - all's soul
demonstrated in full-on display

'Tis onwards and upwards, the new day's now here
life's cycle like spirals does rise
in stillness One sees One's perfection is limitless
and freedom to Be no surprise

Reincarnation's now over - no more come and go
unless one does choose this past road
move forward in living the new day forever
n'er return - for Now's One's abode

SHORELINE

I sit on a rock and examine the shore
pebbles - all sizes - are there by the score
they're "packed" thick together in perfect selection
till when the tide rises - again new reflection

Shifting and changing for all it is moving
chameleons we are so it's time to get grooving
the tide it come's in and the beach soon selects
an order renewed and on this one reflects

The sea and the sun and the shore are all one
fluid yet stable and all it is fun
golden reflections on seas that are calm
right now I look out on this embracing balm

The shoreline as one it is each of us Being
as One in the wholeness of All that's worth seeing
pebbles of all shapes and sizes are Us
constantly changing - so forget the fuss

Today we are this and tomorrow we're that
the time that's important is Now - that's a fact
accepting, allowing for all life to Be
time to be present - in the Now we are free

LIGHT WORK

Light work is love-based
uplifting and strong
embracing the balance
of no right or wrong

All without effort
a life lived with ease
at last no more struggle
instead it's a breeze

For being so balanced
and all in the flow
with laws universal
it's forward we go

No more duality
for all now as One
all is in harmony
under the sun

Moving to where
we've n'er been before
with slate that's clean wiped
we're free to the core

To create as we wish
for good of the whole
from deep heart of love
and depths of the soul

OCEAN IN MOTION

The storm rages on as the day passes by
the ocean's white froth in full measure
a ship passes by on the crest of the waves
off to Dublin for this weekend's pleasure!

The sky it is grey and the wind is gale force
and the spray of the sea stops the traffic
the ocean in motion - today it is churning
its chaos is causing great havoc

A book I could write on the moods of the sea
for on calm days its stillness is deathless
for even when still there is always a movement
the vista provided is breathless

It's now getting close to the tide being full
and the wind it continues to rage
my window gets washed as each wave it comes in
and my book it is on the next page

In snugness and warmth I continue to watch
the turbulent movement outside
the wind and the rain and the ocean - their might
and their power reflects what's inside

Life is a mirror in all its expressions
I'm glad I am here to see
(in the fullness of time in this change of the ages)
the ocean in motion just be

SOUL POWER

Qualities of soul are of gentle persuasion
tranquil and quiet - serene
beauty of essence so clear and so pure
it's here that the soul power's seen

Stillness that's graceful yet flowing with ease
movement so light and so free
eyes ever sparkling like perfected diamonds
so soothing this soul power be

Softness the feel of an innocent soul
a butterfly touching the heart
and sweetness of fragrance like jasmine and rose
this soul power'll never depart

Patience and kindness in silence that's heard
surrender to goodness that glows
this humble soul power is stable yet strong
and its beauty so naturally flows

Effortless being is living as soul
ebbing and flowing with ease
this power of soul is a joy to behold
like the breath of a fresh summer breeze

THE NUCLEAR AGE

The nuclear age is one of new clarity
one which ensures that there's no disparity
for coming together as One that we are
ensures that All That There Is is the star

As transparent souls we are shining our light
together at One we're ever so bright
joyfully bringing in divine love and peace
the fragrance so sweet the more we release

All is becoming so clear at last
like crystal we're shining now more than the past
old ways are leaving and the old ancient story
is being revealed and seen in full glory

The nuclear age has everything to do
with truth that is freeing for me and for you
created as Source we're re-Sourcing now
to live as created - and life will be

AUTUMN GALES

Huge autumn gales they're washing my window
the sea 'cross the road's in full life
a turbulent mix here of order and chaos
and all's perfect order yet strife

Giant winds of change are presenting this moment
what one wishes is now time to be
for all it is changing - 'tis obviously present
be happy in process - be free

Like autumn there's much that is falling right now
most systems they no longer work
yet all is in perfect divine order we're told
regardless if all seems berserk

The light it is shining deep into all woundings
in order to heal the past
seems these autumn gales an awak'ning they be
foundations of sand do not last

So go with the flow and in effortlessness be
and allow all that is to be so
the higher the focus the New Day will dawn
and the sun is a bright golden glow

And as the sea washes my window of time
I seek deep within to release
in becoming the change that I now wish to see
I reap the rewards of deep peace

A CONSCIOUSNESS ROSE

Petals of gold falling gently to ground
a touch that's so sweet to behold
beauty abounds in this uplifting glory
and the heart like the rose does unfold

Love's sparkling essence - it's source so divine
consciousness rising on high
magic and miracles the way of the now
as the new day that's dawning is nigh

Presence divine is of All That There Is
awareness brings forth understanding
with conscious expansion big picture emerges
no wonder the view is outstanding

Rose that's now blooming the symbol of peace
a joy in the heart that is light
ascending to heights now of infinite vision
the walk of divine sovereign right

EVEN TIDE

It's evening now and twilight's nigh
the sun is set and day is done
the sky light's up with moon and stars
within the magic all is One

Time to rest as work's complete
contentment now in which to dwell
sereneness in this quiet hour
a distant ringing of the bell

For in this ev'ning time of calm
reflection time for all to be
the tide's in now and blessing all
with gentleness for all to see

A time so pure at sweet day's end
to feel its joy in contemplation
love wells up from depths so deep
a perfect time for meditation

Heart and mind in union now
harmonising soulful sound
of gratefulness that all is done
to meet in rest that's so profound

ABUNDANCE EXPRESS

"All aboard" the train of life
express that's called Abundance
gathering speed with every mile
no more receive redundance

"All aboard" the whistle blows
express of Love and Light
abundantly it moves along
its brasswork shining bright

"All aboard" the steam it rises
time to catch this train
taking all to Paradise
across the bow of rain

It's nice to see life differently
each day a new surprise
let this Express Abundance be
our chance to realise

The higher side of all there is
the good in everything
let's move beyond the past to see
the joy that life does bring

AN OASIS OF CALM

In the desert of life an oasis is born
nourished from splendour of soul
drink from this well and the cup runneth o'er
a feeling at last one is whole

A calm that's so soothing regardless of view
a heart filled with love's gentle hold
yet in the soul's strength there's nothing that's lost
so walk with a smile and be bold

Be in soul-guidance - it's stillness and wonder
for here is the real to be found
filled with such grace of the innocent child
walking in truth that's profound

In such soulful state no thing can disturb
a silence so loud can be heard
in this state of Being is life lived with ease
the source of all life....yes, the Word

FREEDOM OF ONE

Living as One which is all that IAM
in higher and higher vibration
detached now from all that I lived in the past
moving 'yond all limitation

Fully now Being just as is the lily
IAM in the fields of life
fully supported and all needs provided
as Love - for it's everywhere rife

Such freedom in knowing that One is perfected
unlimited, eternal, divine
all-seeing, all-knowing - this truth absolute
all-present as One Soul sublime

The freedom of One is such joyous delight
a light-hearted Being IAM
content in the knowing that all's as it is
when the lion lies down with the lamb

INCOMING TIDE

The tide is coming in in waves
the current's getting stronger
changes - major - loom afoot
what was is now no longer

A tidal wave perhaps it is?
tsunami it could be?
yet we know the change in tide
will be what set's us free

From all the past whose time has come
it's ending now in sight
for love and light are pouring forth
the sun is shining bright

In gratitude we sing our song
of newness shining forth
our rising value now is seen
we're blessed for all we're worth

Acceptance of the given gift
that's our divinity
received at last and lived as One
in our full sovereignty

JEWELS OF JOY

How can one not see the beauty in all
when the heart is a diamond of light?
sparkling o'er time like the glistening ocean
or a star on a bright moon-lit night

The pearl in the oyster shell formed by the sands
of time that are ancient and true
opalescent in beauty and elegant in style
it's presence a wonderful hue

The crystal of pink or of purple or green
its majesty stands as unique
such glory around us which augments our lives
its value is tres magnifique

The jewel in the crown is a joy to behold
like the smile on the face of a child
or a bird whose sweet song in each morning awak'ning
it blesses the meek and the mild

LIBERTY BELL

Liberty Bell's resounding now all across the land
announcing that the time is nigh that freedom is at hand
no more the echoes of the old 'cept that now present ending
instead the coming of the new - at last no more pretending

The change it comes from deep within the heart of every soul
whose treasured wish is harmony expressed as one whose whole
in fearlessness and godliness the nature that is thine
walking now this line of truth and living life divine

This is the freedom based on love of Self foremost and first
which then is rippled far and wide to all who have the thirst
to drink the cup now overflowing, peacefully to share
with one and all within the One whose Love's beyond compare

So pure in essence is the Source from whence this Love does spring
it flows as many rivers through the hearts of all which sing
the song of joy and peace and love expressed in all its glory
and tells the tale long been hid - the One and Ancient Story

This story of the Soul Supreme expressed in many ways
as many souls whose free-will choices are a mirror maze
but now's the time to realise the only Will that's free
is One Divine whose honour now it is the Will to Be

Liberty for all is now about to manifest
no more to struggle but instead the time to get some rest
and be indeed in fullest joy and love that one can be
and know this is the greatest truth, the One which sets us free

LOVING COSMIC SOUL

A soulful air is present
of starlike quality
resonance of platinum light
as balanced purity
cosmically uniting
as One Cosmic Soul
demonstrating All There Is
that is the wondrous Whole
wide-eyed gaze unto the stars
effectively magnificent
timelessness and endlessness
peacefully significant
myriads of choices made
discernment very wise
yet all experience valid
this to realise
joy of endless imaginings
expansion of the Whole
infinite, eternal
loving Cosmic Soul

MORNING LIGHT

The glory of the morning light
across the dawning sky
brings forth the news that all is well
the sun is rising high

The ocean sparkles in this light
so golden once again
breathe in the power of the day
no more will there be rain

Joyfully with heart expanding
op'ning to the new
paradise we've always dreamed
created right on cue

Ascending higher as the day
expands to midday sun
opens up the hearts of all
to fullness of the One

Noon it harbours gentleness
a time of being still
inner quiet working with
the peace of Divine Will

Twilight comes and with it is
a beauty to behold
the nighttime sky embraces all
its magic e'er so bold

Life it spirals endlessly
in cycles e'er expanding
the new day dawning presently
creation is outstanding

RISING

Yet more is the evidence that love's on the rise
energies so pristine and pure
a stillness, a calmness so moving to feel
in silence one know's nothing truer

Higher and higher the mountains we're climbing
and crossing the rivers so deep
moving right on to the new day that's dawning
with more and more waking from sleep

Conscious expansion in crystalline waves
the masses they're feeling the change
we breathe in an air that with calmness is filled
and feeling so joyous yet strange

A newness of life is now touching us all
such love e'er so great, it's supreme
this change it is sweeping the old out the door
flung wide open we welcome the dream

SHIFT

Outside my window a turbulent sea
many white horses ride wild and free
splashing the rocks as they crash to the shore
power and majesty, wonder and awe

Winds of great strength with noise that's profound
whining and roaring the building surround
rain whips the window like n'er before seen
a stormy experience beyond any dream

Excitement is building, a climactic joy
the sea and the wind they combine in their ploy
such freedom and power as one in their being
observing this wonder is surely worth seeing

Always a story has nature to share
I feel a sea change is so ripe in the air
such dynamic splendour this storm does present
the change it is bringing does sure represent

Such mighty proportions - a deep breath I take
now is the moment - a huge shift to make
the new is unfolding this moment in time
it's been long in coming but worth every dime

SIMPLIFY TO MAGNIFY

Simplify to magnify
and in the process purify
for then we do exemplify
the rose - and then we beautify;
at last we're seen to satisfy
this then does see us signify
intent as one to unify
and in the process edify -
need no more to falsify
and too no more do crucify
for truth it does electrify
and sees one now identify
as All There Is to sanctify
so now at last just fortify
and also too do gratify
'tis also kind to pacify
no more the need to justify
for now's the time to certify
that all is well - so glorify
and too a taste to dulcify
and also best to mollify
the time is now to magnify
the best way is to simplify

THE HIGHER LIGHT

The day is now here the high light of which
is being more present to see
the truth of the new way that's coming to be
the new way of living, the way of the free

In such higher light vibrations are awesome
a light that's so bright it can blind
no more be conditioned to anything other
than truth that is perfect in heart and in mind

Energies like never before are presenting
they're platinum - their origin is Source
as blended connection, they're pure perfection
for want of a label - it's Mushaba Force

Through eons of time they've travelled the cosmos
returning right now for it's time
to remember our origin as Mushaba Beings
the time it is right and so is the clime

The dark side of light is the place of all mystery
revealed as never before
what was unknown is now coming forth
as that always known and loved more and more

The higher the light one finds self expressing
the essence of beauty is seen
in full demonstration the truth is so joyful
the Mushaba platinum is love that's pristine

THE WOMB OF BECOMING

In the depths of darkness, in the whisper of the womb
a new life form is growing, is coming off the loom
the weaving of a tapestry like never seen before
the source of life's expanding from deep within its core

Conceived in love this new idea is growing day by day
in the sacred darkness there is magic on the way
there is anticipation of this new life being earthed
the form will be magnificent when it at last is birthed

The process of becoming from deep within the soul
a beauty and an innocence of knowing all is whole
like a pristine snowflake whose essence is the lure
ancient womb of life gestating newness e'er so pure

THE LOVE FOUNDATION

Life has been lived upon shifting sands
and now we are seeing collapse
within the chaos new order is shaping
a love base avoiding relapse

A solid foundation is one built on love
a love which embraces the whole
deep down within we connect with the core
for our being is love as the soul

A calmness and peacefulness - therein is joy
an innocent lightness of heart
contentment in knowing that goodness pervades
and all's as it was at the start

In quiet contemplation one feels All There Is
then vibrates this love far and wide
all is complete in this spiral of life
based on love that is found deep inside

Life lived as love is a life that is free
in harmony with all that surrounds
uniquely expressed in a myriad of ways
such magic of being abounds
