Please be aware that this may appear a personal process, yet too it also represents that of the whole of All There Is, the ocean within the drop, macrocosm within the microcosm, the WEARE THAT IAM as the IAM THAT IAM.
Therefore this process is All Inclusive. YOUARE therefore IAM.

YOU ARE THE ONE IAM
The Creator IAM is the Creator YOU ARE.........the same yet uniquely different. We each are an ever-expanding individual expression of the Mighty, Magnificent, Majestic IAM Presence, Source, Creator.
In exploring OneSelf's magnificence, magic and infinite and eternal wonder, the Alchemy of individual blending/ed Oneness within the All There Is as One.
As we explore Self as the individual, expansive, infinite potential of expression we experience OneSelf becoming All we each can Be, Self as SoulSelf, SelfSourced from within as OneSelf.
In limitless freedom the journey of OneSelf operates and being unique individual expressions of Source, if One's journey takes you through the process of deferring to outside of Self then acceptance and allowance prevails. However the is time is Now to move beyond these means if we are genuinely intending wishing to live as SelfSourced.
Be confident in Being OneSelf as an ever expanding expression where the only Source of Your Being is You. You are magnificent, majestic and grand. Why would you wish any other Source?
Be who YOU are in Your Sovereignty going beyond where You have ever been, right here, right now, keeping it simple and keeping it sweet!

The Alchemy Series # 36 5th December 2009
LOVE IS 100% RESPONSIBLE
Sometime back I read a wonderful piece written by Burt Harding called "There is only YOU!", embracing One(My)Self of course. I found the article profound in its simplicity.
"YOU" are LOVE. That is who/what "YOU"ARE. There is NOTHING outside of "YOU" for "YOU" are All There Is. "YOU"ARE The One IAM (Presence) as Love expressing and experiencing It All and in so Being are 100% responsible for It All as The IAM, The OneSelf . There is no burden placed upon "YOU" with this responsibility however, for the Yoke is 100% Easy and the Burden is 100% Light.
I have been "experimenting" with Ho'oponopono on and off for sometime now, especially during the intense periods of purging that have beset us over the past few months/years and have found the simplicity of its precepts align with my own journey well. I have even adapted it to suit my own purposes as I tend to do with techniques I have "learnt" along the way.
The following three statements I utilise as I feel led. They are:
1. I Love "YOU"
2. I Forgive "YOU"
3. I Thank "YOU"
I place no ritual on how and when I utilise them as I prefer to be heart-led. The energies in each of these statements are of very high frequency and the purging effects are magnificent.
"YOU" Being It All are responsible for It All and as "YOU" realise the impact of the Totality of this All- embracement, there is absolutely NOTHING "out there" from which "YOU" can "duck" for it is ALL "YOUR" creation.
So what to do! Embrace it All. Love it All. Harmonise it All into Balanced Neutrality. As "YOU" observe "YOUR" creation both at an intimate and at a mass consciousness level, it behooves "YOU" to Love it All for It is All "YOU" and "YOUR'S".
LOVE is 100% responsible. "YOUR" Yoke is 100% Easy and "YOUR" Burden is 100% Light and the magnificent "YOU" is glowing radiantly like The Golden Central Sun as the LOVE YOUARE shines forth more and more.

The Alchemy Series # 35 23 November 2009
FOREVER I-SOUL-8-D
As I go deeper into exploration of MySelf, I am finding it a pleasure also to look at words and go deeper into them too. Some of course offer great depth, alternative symbolic understanding and meaning way beyond the everyday useage.
Going it Alone (All One) as I have done for most of the past year or so - and loving every minute of it, I might add - living on a self-governing island nation in the middle of the Irish Sea is so Self reflective, for here, in the winter at least, (the time when we go into introspection) we are often physically isolated by the weather.
Storms causing high seas as they have been doing for the past few weeks and gale force winds and rains often see the Isle of Man cut off from all physical travel connections to and from the UK from where most of the Island's supplies come.
In such isolation, the Island folk have developed a strong character of living independently and this I find a great vibrational frequency for experience in Self discovery at the deepest level in my Aloneness/All Oneness. I love it.
So looking deeper into the word ISOLATE , One sees a far more indepth understanding than appearances would have us believe on the surface! Guess the old adage of "not judging a book by its cover" applies even to words!
ISOLATE, when written I SOUL 8, we see before us a far greater understanding of the purpose of Aloneness as All Oneness.
The One IAM (Presence) YOUARE embraces ALL, no exclusions... there is NO isolation in being Al(l)one, for the "I" Soul (is) Infinitely present Everywhere....no exclusions.
The superficial meaning attributed to isolation is thus impossible when living the eternal life as One Being Present Everywhere as the "I" Soul Infinite (Infinite Soul IAM Presence) embracing All There Is.
So you see, in my experience at least, being Alone asAll One, with Self on my own, "isolated", is a Onederful experience of connection in, as, of and with The One IAM (Presence) YOUARE , The I SOUL 8 ~ Infinite Soul IAM Presence, embracing All There Is. In this experience separation does NOT exist.
I am more than happy Being an I SOUL 8, Al(l)one here in this beautiful paradise, yet Everywhere too in the Present Moment.
It is said that what One sees "out there" is a Self reflection and I am sure we all have as outer reflections that which reflects our magnificently beautiful inner glory.

WILD AND FREE
An illusion or not, the view outside my window this morning is magnificent.
It's been a while since we had a storm such as this!
I LOVE storms.....wild and untamed free energies flowing at will!
The skies are very grey (the balance of light and dark, perhaps?) as is the ocean, the seas are running wild and free, foaming and very turbulent, the waves are HUGE, the winds are whining and raging and roaring round the building, the rains are at times almost horizontal and the gulls are riding the currents forwards, backwards, sidewards, upwards and downwards, not a wing flap in sight. I can almost see the glee on their faces!
It is far from high tide yet and already the huge rollers are spraying over the promenade wall and onto the road.
It's going to be some day ahead .....what an adventure, what a joyride.....
I LOVE storms and it's so grand that I can observe it all from my cosy little room, heat-filled and ever to warm.
Cheat, I hear you say!!....Big Grin! Maybe, maybe not, I venture to say... I just like the best of all worlds!!
OK just to test the waters and the currents I will venture out now and report back!!
Well, been there and done that as the saying goes... the wind carried me along with itself, and the seaspray hosed me down....back inside and off now to dry myself and warm up!!
And as I just looked out my window, I see two brave souls out walking and the sea just drenched them....smile....glad IAM Where IAM!!!!
The road-safety vehicles are down from the north to check out the road for vehicle safety .....as high-tide looms, I imagine the road will be declared unsafe and closed for a few hours over full tide rise. And that is still another hour away!
Whoohoo... just got my window washed by a foam broth of sea water...and below on the road a car was almost completely enveloped in it too. Who needs to pay for a foam wash at a car wash? Brave souls to be out driving I would say!
Freedom can be a wild ride. Like a rollcoaster at a fun park. I love such adventure. It's only as an adult that I ventured onto ferris wheels and rocket bungies and the wild Disneyland rides! As a child I was "protected" from such things, thus the fears took a long while to break through....not now though!
Back to the storm. The odd wave is breaking over the road now and surging right up and round the building.....(for those who are not aware, I live in lodgings in a friend's hotel/guest house.)
The ferry sailings to UK have been cancelled and I wouldn't be surprised if the airport is closed too.... if so, we are an Island in isolation! Very reflective really!
Remaining the centre of calm is part of the fun otherwise one misses out on the enjoyment of the experience as the adventure "chaos" occurs all around.
And of course all the outer is an inner reflection.....
The wild and free untamed kundalini energies are rising and like the gulls, one rides the currents in all the directions....
What's a cold sweat or two, a hot flush or three, an occasional bright red face like a tomato as well in fact!! A pain in the butt or weak knees, a huff and a puff to blow the house down...or is that to take the pressure down? And of course the never-ending tiredness it seems living life like a cat at times, sleeping away the hours in joyful heaven.
Sorta keeps one very present in the moment and in the "Be still and know IAM...." mode much out of the way, which allows the energies to just be themselves as they freely grow and expand and express themselves as they see fit till they're done with being anddoing what they wish to be and do!
Being in the flow is now Be The Flow and a joyride of the wild and free....and a gull just floated past my window high on the energy currents with a grin on its face!
A poem I wrote a year ago during a similar storm:
WILD AND FREE
The sea out my window runs wild and free
blown by a wind that does dare all to Be -
chaotic wave patterns frothing and foaming
onto the shoreline now home from their roaming
From far yonder shores where they've been a long while
they break on the rocks and they give all a smile
the pilgrims' return is a great celebration
yet within the chaos magnificent creation
Each wave a perfect reflection of You
cosmically conscious - a universe in view
divinely perfected in limitless apportion
universal bigbang of endless proportion
Freedom so powerful yet with grace and ease
an ocean of consciousness in sweet zephyr breeze
expansion beyond ever that which seemed possible
makes walking on water no longer impossible
As stars let's adventure in deep outer space
imagine all's possible and with ease and grace
within inner realms is the truth to behold
a story so ancient but breathlessly bold
Creator creating creations supreme
releasing them into the lands of one's dream
returning to Self as one's origin as Source
a great mighty mover of Creator force
So back after 'dreaming' I see my sea view
is All in reflection as Me and as You
as One in all glory so no more be weary
accept we're magnificent 'yond One big-bang theory!

A WORD FROM THE BIRD!
By now, if you are not yet aware, Jonathan Livingston Seagull has been my mentor for many years. In so many ways "he" has been there for me through thick and thin, inspiring me to keep on keeping on.
Times of giving up have always been couched in terms of "Never Give Up" and through thick and thin that bird deep inside has always provided the way for me to move forward in this life of meaning.
So what is the bird's word of the day?
Mmmmmmm...checking in I get....GOODNESS
So what of goodness?
Acknowledge the goodness in all situations... it's there if you are willing to allow it to come to you.
Be thankful for your life, however the experiences present. It is there to assist you be YourSelf of the highest order.
The go(o)dliness of who One is, is exemplified in so many ways if One allows OneSelf to Be true to who One is...so be true to YourSelf, Always!
Goodness is lived as loving kindness to All, including Self, the latter first and foremost....if One is not loving and kind to OneSelf, then such is not possible to others.
Goodness.....Be still and know that You are Go(o)d!

The Alchemy Series # 32 5 November 2009
DNA ~ AN AWARENESS, NOT A BIOLOGICAL CONCEPT
Is it 2 strands, or 12 strands, 144 or an infinite number? Is it such at all?
Science would have us believe that our DNA is what enables our evolution as a human species, but is that not of the old matrix as a biological concept?
We are told more and more that all that we have perceived and experience based upon linear time frame is an illusion, that the 3D material life does not exist, that it is not real.....
If this is so, perhaps the biological concept of DNA as that which enables our evolution is not real either! Just another part of the illusion. For to have strands and numbers of strands requiring activations are in and of themselves limiting concepts.
More and more I am concluding that what we have learnt of the DNA is impractical and unnecessary in the new free energies which are moving us through this shift of the ages.
We hear of DNA activations being required to wake us up to the next level of awareness of ever-expanding experience,
I have never found it necessary to activate anything. Whatever is required occurs naturally. Such is our inheritance as Divine Sovereigns.
Simplicity is the essence of my journey now, not complicated processes to take me to where I already am, where I have always been in fact!
That journey to No Where is redundant. Instead the journey is Now Here, right where IAM!
All is a natural progression to One's continual expansion of Infinite Being.
DNA is an awareness, a Divine Natural Awareness of One's Divinity, of One's Sovereign Beingness, of One's Authentic Self as the Creator Source of One's Life as Love.
A realisation that IAM Enough, IAM all that I require as The One and Only IAM we each are.
Moving deeper into this awareness is a natural process with nothing to do as One realises more and more One's Infinite Beingness, a Self-realisation of One's Divine Natural Awareness.
Infinite Potential abounds in limitless proportions in this space of Eternal Being. IAM not a 2 strand being, or a 12 strand being or even a 144 strand being. IAM limitless in awareness of Being an Infinite Creation.
No more old matrix strand-structure of limiting numbers.
Instead rather a conscious shift in awareness that is naturally divine.
The One IAM is DNA ~ Divine Natural Awareness

The Alchemy Series # 31 31 October 2009
THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON
In July 1969, Apollo 11's Mike Collins found himself circling the moon many times in the Command Module while Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were transported to the moon's surface in the Lunar Module. They then spent time there walking on the moon and doing various activities as they were required to do.
Neil and Buzz were in the in the full glare of the public eye in all their procedures on the moon while Mike Collins continued on his alone journey front-side and back-side of the moon till the on-moon-surface procedures were complete.
Mike Collins spent many hours totally alone while on the dark-side/backside of the moon for in this space he had absolutely no contact with earth or any other human being. He was totally alone with himself. How do you think he must have felt?
Back in 1969, I was fairly newly married, aged just 21, and still adapting to my new status. To understand at that time what it must have been like to not be in contact with anyone except Self would have incomprehensible to me. Now it is a totally different story.
I was recently reading about the lives of these 3 astronauts and how their journey to the moon in 1969 afffected each of their futures and it seems that Mike Collins is the one who has fared the best and "survived" life with relative ease.
Armstrong and Aldrin have each, in their own way, been challenged by the experience to the extent that I feel they consider their lives stopped on July 20 1969.....for when you have walked on the moon, at such a young age as they were, what is there left to accomplish? At least in the materialistic approach to life!
Mike Collins, on the other hand it seems, has lived a very rewarding life while it seems that Armstrong and Aldrin rather consider themselves "failures"... no such thing exists of course for it is really just a state of mind.
So it is Mike Collins' experience I wish to focus upon here.
All those hours totally ALONE with himSelf on the dark side of the moon with NO contact with any other human must have had a huge impact upon his person, his soul, his being.
In my own present phase of my journey, I definitely have, at this present moment in time, a preference for little physical contact with other humans unless it is at of own behest.
My life is so very simple with few possessions and requirements. I have no direct phone contact (that is a deliberate choice) and only those I choose to share such information with, know exactly where I am. I am not in hiding in any way, but I do prefer to be alone for now and love my own company beyond all else.
Having been an "out there" person for so long(I am 62), over the past couple of years it has been such a joy to just be with mySelf as far as humanly possible. The living environment I have created for mySelf is ever so conducive to this. I am responsible for and accountable to mySelf alone and, with no dependencies, am free to come and go as I please.
This has given me the pleasurable opportunity of going DEEP within mySelf and enjoy Be(com)ing who IAM at the deepest depths of my Being. A dark side of the moon experience to some extent perhaps, although I acknowledge that such is not fully possible at this time.
Yet still I would love to experience what Mike Collins did even if just for a short while. No, not a trip to the moon but perhaps in a place/space away from all human contact as far as possible, beyond where I am now, just being with me to fully explore Self and It's infinite potential. Presently I could not think of anything grander.
Of course it is not necessary, but it is still a choice I would love to experience. One is never alone of course for all life is interconnected as most of us now know. Yet there is this inner yearning to experience Oneness as OneSelf, fully and wholly and completely.
To do such would, to me, be an ultimate human experience of Self Love. Rather like the experience Collins had those years ago. A dark side of the moon experience, where One is totally alone, I imagine would be a great opportunity for One to Be totally in One's own Self-experience. Here I feel The Unknown One would become The One Known. What a magnificent thought!
Creators we are, so I fully expect such an opportunity to prevail in due process in whatever way the universe brings forth.
So Be It.

DIGGING DEEPER TO FLY HIGHER
A couple of weeks back I was, for a day or two, getting the message, "dig deep girl, dig deep!" This usually means one is called on in times of great "need", to go deep into OneSelf to draw upon one's inner strength to "get through" a particular period of challenge.
Well, for me at least, and I know of several others also, this past week has been one so deeply intense like I have not felt in a LONG time. Yesterday was such that the only place of comfort was lying down in the warmth of bed to relieve the body tension being felt which almost disabled me from moving around. The body has been purging at such a deep level like I have not experienced for such a while as it continues the morphing into immortal expression.
In the ongoing spiritual alignment with the SoulSourceSelf, or as some call it the full embodiment of the Immortal Soul, I can honestly say that surrender to what was occurring was all that I was able to Be....going with the flow was not enough, being in the flow still was not enough, but BEing the flow was what it took for the movement through this space.
At the deepest level, the core level, there was such a drawing to Self. One cannot describe it any other way. As the alignment was continuing and still continues, I feel such a deep quiet that all is in divine order, as meant to be in each moment. No judgment, no expectations, Just an allowance and an acceptance of all Being just as it is.
Allowing such to Be was effortless despite appearances. I feel a quiet joy bubbling away like an expresso machine! And a knowing that all is well and there is a presence of being in the Now Moment like never before.
I express deep gratitude for All That is, as All There Is is The One IAM . How glorious this BEingness.
In silence and stillness IAM THAT IAM ever and always OneLove ~ a Love Being being The Love IAM, flying high, fly free. YOUARE also.

MOUNTING EVEREST
It is no wonder the highest point on the planet is named Mount Everest and the challenges to get to the top are numerous.
The air is pure at the top and the view is crystal clear and breath-takingly beautful.
On top of the world the silence is profound and after that long climb to heights n'er 'fore been, all one wishes to do is rest forever.
And to get to that place of ever rest is a mighty climb!
A journey of numerous challenges yet the view is crystal clear and breath-takingly beautiful and the air of this place is ever so pure.
A deep stillness pervades and one is ever so conscious at this level of awareness of The Oneness of All There Is.
It is the All-embracing, Infinite, Eternal Presence in which One Ever Rests.
On the throne as Sovereign Being the authentic life is now One.

The Alchemy Series # 28 ~ 15 October 2009
"Oh yes I certainly reflect to you what C.... told you about family responsibility.... we ALL are becoming responsible and accountable for our own lives now, yes even sick/aged parents...(and cats, dogs,children, all life in fact).
One of the guys who works in my living environment is living with his aged inlaws ...both in their 90s. His wife A.... is an only child and therefore feels duty bound to care for them, yet she moans and groans of the burden all the time and P..... is fed up. The mother-in-law has cancer and is prone to wetting beds, memory loss and always needs watching and such stuff.... the father-in-law is not too bad, but will not allow his wife to be put into care while he is alive.....all very well but he is not carrying the burden or the responsibility of looking after his wife. The daughter is....so there is manipulation there ..... Both P & A maintain jobs as well as the inlaw care responsibility.
So P.... takes A... away alot and leaves the parents-in-law both to their own devices. And the f-i-l is slowly coming to realise that he cannot look after his aged wife when A.... is not there...so P.... takes A... and they go away more and more leaving p-i-l both alone to care for themselves...and the beat goes on.. Of course A...is playing into the parents hands too by BEING there for them...so she too is getting "fed" by the situation. Till she says enough or the universe steps in, things are not gonna change. P.... realises that one day they will probably arrive home and find one/both of them dead or seriously ill, perhaps the father, then will be the time when the choice is for A... and P... and they will choose to put them both in care and their lives will be freer again....while the father is still alive P... and A... have no say in the matter yet they are expected to take care of them.....
I know it is not your story, but letting go off it ALL is part of the process now for this allows all to partake in their own lives and see that one's life lived is one we each create through our choices and therefore must bear the responsibility for them, no longer expecting or obligating others to pick up our pieces.... this goes for us all of course..sometimes tough choices have to be made for our own sake.....
People are choosing to leave the planet cos they cannot cope with themselves and their choices... this I am certain is why K.... left back in May (Note, K was my former partner of several years for whom I emigrated from Australia to Isle of Man) I chose to go my own way from him in October 2008 for I could see he was struggling more and more to be able to live on his own (K had existing and challenging health conditions ) and there was no way I was prepared to look after him....he kept contacting me and every time I was in his presence I felt my energies being sucked from me...
So I cut ties and we were never in contact with each other again. Of course he found another love with xxxxxxx in Scandanavia but she was not with him to take care of his day to day needs,which would have been an expectation on me if I had still been in his life even just as a friend.
I remember getting off the bus at M..........on May 12th (2009) to go to the hairdresser for an appointment and I had to walk past K.......'s house to do so. I contemplated going in to see him but chose not to. A week later he was found dead alone in his home.
That's the first time I have shared that. I have often wondered if I had made that reconnection whether he would still be alive or lived a bit longer....we'll never know of course...But the energy ties were still strong, for my laptop, which K.... gave me for my 60th birthday in 2007 was playing up merry hell during the days before his death (this is all hindsight remembrance of course for I never knew what was going on in K...'s life at that time till after the event).
For about 3 days prior I was getting that fatal blue screen with white graph lines going across it like a heart monitor machine (this had been going on for months periodically actually) but 12 hours before he died I had about 10 of these screens in an hour so closed down my computer and went to bed. That was Monday 18th evening. Tuesday morning 19th he was dead and my computer was running perfectly. I never heard that K..... had died till I got a phone call to where I live from one of K.....'s neighbours who I knew well also, looking for me to tell me the news....That was on the Wednesday, 20th May......So there you go. The workings of energy and consciousness and a clear and practical lesson is how life is interconnected. Why am I telling you all this I don't know, but I am so glad I pulled the plug on my association with K..... for there is no way that with his energy sapping "abilities"/huge dependency upon me would I have made the grade over the years and my first recourse is and will always be to myself first and foremost now. That experience taught me so much about putting Self first now ALL ways, always, then I am ok to assist others. Not to do or be there for them but to show them how to do for or be there for themselves, by my own example"
I was of course saddened by his passing, yet I had foreseen it for it was obvious he would not cope on his own yet I loved mySelf enough to know that I had to leave his life in order to Live MySelf....
There is much more to this K story which followed after his death mostly beautiful as it has led to some wonderful connections I would never had made had he not died, so I am very, very grateful. In all things there is opportunity for growth and this was certainly one such experience.
The situation around K's death plus another even more personal family experience in the past few weeks (mid September actually) has taught me so much about the workings of consciousness and the interconnectness of life and how we have allowed "others" within the One to zap us of our own Self experience by giving away our power.
It's all about Self Love first and foremost above all else now, in practical demonstration. And this is NOT selfishness in any way. It is Self-Ish-ness....the Ishness being the silent space deep within Self where one's true place of Being is.
Now, in walking more and more as Self-empowered Beings, we are able to see the benefits of loving Self first as All There Is and is so Being are being freed from dependency on "others" while at the same time handing back to those "others" the opportunity to take care of and love themselves fully. If they choose not to of course is their freewill choice, yet to continue to expect "others" to pick up their pieces in the times we are now moving into is no longer an option.....unless one chooses of course to still go there!!
Personally I am valuing my OneSelf more through this process as I come more into expressing the truth of who IAM and expanding in the experience of its infinite potential....many, especially family members, do not like it or understand it of course. But that is their journey, not mine.
Some are seeing my Self reliance stand as separation. It is not of course. It is an experience of Self as The One, Alone as All There Is, for that is the truth of who we each are....as dear Jen wrote recently...YOU ARE THE ONE IAM. Yet too, The One IAM, YOUARE. Same yet different. I am presently honouring my uniqueness for this is a new and infinitely expanding experience for me.
WE ALL ARE THE ONE within The One, each universes within universes within universes, ad infinitum.
Oh the glory and magnificence of Being LOVE as All There Is.

I have been contemplating recently more about the body's place in the whole affair of life as embodying soul consciousness and it occurred to me that it wishes to be the expression it was created to be.
As the Original Soul is embodying more fully I am finding the body is slowly morphing to accommodate its future expression of immortality. At times not necessarily an easy ride as the old is ongoingly surrendered. Some days it is even a challenge to get around...but then I am happy in this transitional process for it plays the perfect role in that I lie down, be still and know who IAM in the allowance for the changes to move through.
So if the body is just tired of holding on to ItSelf what is it actually wishing to Be(come)?
The Body is letting go of ItSelf in order to Be its original expression once again.
Its original expression is that of timeless endlessness as blissful ecstasy and that is what is wishes be express once again for in doing so there are no limitations
In such state is floats and flows and Becomes all that it wishes to Be at any given moment. Changing in an instant into any expression it wishes through heartfelt thought intent, being anywhere and everywhere at the same time, as The One as All There Is, the formless now form-expressed in myriads of ways. This new form has infinite potential!
In the Body's ongoing surrender of all that no longer serves it, the path is being made straight for its full release into its blessed state of Being ItSelf once again.... the limitlessly expressing vehicle of the Soul, purely harmonious, SelfSource essenced as Love..a timeless, endless expression of blissful ecstasy.
In so Being, the Body is All-embracing - the formless now expressing in form

This says so much about my own life. I have lived on islands all my life. The present one being ever so reflective of who IAM Be(com)ing. This Island nation I now call home is perhaps one of the smallest in the world and has been self governing contiuously for over 1000 years (a claim no other nation on earth can make!) and in itself reflects my own journey of be(com)ing my own Self governing "nation"....
"You're on your own Bro" is ever so applicable to me. A conscious choice in fact. To Be alone demonstrates to MySelf living as All One. I am free to be mySelf however I show up, with little or no recourse to others, coming and going as I please. I have little concern with what others think of me and I just get on with living my life in a quiet yet vibrant space by the sea. Travelling life solo is very ensouling and has ever so many advantages. And of course where I am in the present moment is only the beginning.
I am ever so grateful for the Universe supporting my conscious heartfelt creation. I am loving my life, my own company and am finding living with mySelf a very comfortable and joyful experience. Ever so beautiful and simple really.
Yet is has meant some tough choices, like moving on from immediate family and close friends and ending relationships which no longer served the highest good.
I love the freedom to explore the unknown within mySelf, listening for and honouring the insights I receive. I am enjoying embracing for expression, the unlimited potential of relatively uncharted "territory" of experiences like androgyne, living without food, instead exploring being nourished by prana, observing my potential physical immortality in demonstration. All of which are an ongoing process of Be(com)ing of course. I prefer to allow All to Be (come) into expression effortlessly and naturally.
Seeing the simplicity of life becoming ever more reflected in my own is a joy.
Love is my being. Joy is my world. Limitless freedom is becoming my expression.
And so it is.

ENOUGH UNTO ONESELF
The past few days has seen me come to realise just how fully IAM enough unto MySelf and that IAM all that I require.
In full demonstration of OneSelf, to continue seeking support from others only demonstrates lack of Self confidence, Self knowing, Self empowerment, Self liberation, Self Love, Self trust, Self support, Self reliance and all the rest. All these are required for the complete expression of OneSelf as a uniquely authentic sovereign Being.
A choice is required!
How sincere is One in being OneSelf?
Does One genuinely wish to be OneSelf or not?
If yes, then no more deference to outside of Self or at least begin releasing all such deference.
Make choices which expand Self empowerment, Self liberation, Self Love and Self support.
As said elsewhere recently, tough times call for tough angels.
One is tough whe One is walking fully Alone as OneSelf.
One is tough when One requires little or no support from others.
One is tough when One is confidence to express Self regardless of consequences.
One is tough when One knows they are all they require.
One is tough when One knows they are enough.
One is tough when One is Self reliant
One is tough when One knows .......... ad infinitum
We are now living in times where Self Love in full demonstration is all that is required.
Self Love is One's guru. Self Love is One's parent.
Love OneSelf as Love is who One Is
IAM YOUARE enough
IAM YOUARE all that is required
Express OneSelf Now in full Self embracement of All that One is. No teachers or teaching is required, therefore no studentship need be entertained.
Being OneSelf is a divinely natural process.

THE DIVINE VIEW
On high, the divine view is awesome.... expansive, big-picture grandeur. All is picturesque, paradise-perfect one could say. Afterall, in divine creation all is perfect and has always been so.
There are no storms, only slight zephyr breezes, long summer days, children laughing and playing among the fields of flowers and wonderful love and peace eminating from the hearts of all.. So pure is this love that nothing other than this love prevails. All is calm and bright. All is well.
The innocence of the children orchestrate wondrous music, symphonically gentle to the ear. They play cooperatively, sharing and caring beyond anything ever imagined... There is no "mine" or "thine" - all is "ours'" and "us" . Each beautiful soul contributes willingly from their own experience and all are given the respect and honour they deserve. It is the natural way.
With grace and dignity, purity and humility, all express loving gratitude for all they have and all there is. They are complete, contented, wanting nothing and superbly satisfied.
All is theirs' yet nothing is possessed. All treat each other and what they have with divine reverence, realising the responsibility they have been charged with. They duly embrace their custodial roles harmoniously, with willingness to ensure that the good of the whole is guaranteed.
Such a grand view is this divine view and one within reach of us all. All that is necessary is that the eyes be willing to see, the ears willing to hear and the heart be open to be its full expression of pure divine love.

The Alchemy Series # 23 17 September 2009 COMING DOWN FROM THE IVORY TOWER!
For much of the past year or so at least, may be longer, many have been consciously aware of the sacred soul/divine/consciousness entering fully and thus taking up residence in the human body, the Sacred Temple, as a prelude to the fusion of spirit and matter, the divine alchemy. sacred conjunctio or sacred inner marriage of masculine and feminine. All the same thing.
There has also been much conscious awareness of the activation of the kundalini energies within many over the same period of time...the past year of so at least.
As well there has been. in my life at least and probably many others also, much desire to be still and silent for much of the past year or so too.
Recently the words "still point" (zero point- same thing) have been flashing through my mind also and I have been led to go deeper into the sacred chamber in the heart space, that holy of holies space where resides the divine spark, the deep inner silent void, the nirvanic bliss space/state.
I had the words "coming down from the ivory tower" going through my mind for a few hours yesterday and I suddenly realised what their significance was/is..whoohoo....
The sacred soul/divine has been gradually weaving its way down into the body (coming down from its ivory tower!) through the crown chakra making is way down through all of them to finally take up residence fully in the root chakra and at the same time the kundalini is/has been rising from the root up through all the chakras to the crown. Rather like the two serpents in the image of medicine where two snakes spiral up and down the spine. The caduceus I believe it is called.
Hence all the purging and cleansing which has been going on during this period.
When the divine resides in the root chakra and the kundalini has risen to the crown chakra, there is a fusion of soul/spirit with matter and the heart space is eclipsed...a total eclipse of the heart!! Or an immaculate conception perhaps!! This is the still point/zero point. and from here on in we live fully from this place of stillness in full knowingness of the truth of who we each are as unified consciousness, divine humans in full expression. Earth angels now in physical form. The truth has set us free. And this is only the beginning.
So now one's divinely royal status is/will be acknowledged. One is no longer heir, but has accessioned the throne, crowned king or queen and sovereign of one's life, for want of a better analogy.
And like a new sovereign it takes a while to get to grips with the new status. Observe the young Queen Elizabeth II of 1953 with the present long established QEII and how she has, over the years, grown into her sovereignty. Yet another analogy.
So as The One IAM YOUARE, we will each move forward, perhaps tentatively at first, into our new lives Being in full and conscious awareness of the truth of who we are.
The Grand Central Sun now bursts forth from the Heart of All Things. Love Prevails and can only expand and express beyond where It and We each have ever been.
How magnificent! How Onederful! And yet, this is only the beginning!

The Alchemy Series # 22 14 September 2009 HONOURING THE BODY TEMPLE'S LIMITLESS POTENTIAL

In most spiritual circles we have been brought up on the premise the "You are not Your Body" yet many are coming to realise at last that this wonderful creation has limitless potential and is the real home of God/Source/CreatorSelf and has always be so.
Such a wondrous creation with all its magnificent components working harmoniously (when it has not been abused) and to last only 70-90 years? Give us a break! Have we not bought into one of the greatest misrepresentations ever? A big "Yes", I say.
This body temple which gives each of us the ability to experience life here on earth and beyond in all its glory is such a wondrous mechanism that it amazes me how long it has taken me/us to realise it exponential potential!
Now let's get real.
This body temple is the home of God/Source/CreatorSelf and is the true Solomon's Temple. The Temple of Soul o' Man, actually! We walk around in it every moment of every day and have dishonoured it lifetime after lifetime and continually circumferenced the reincarnation wheel through death and rebirth. This need not be any longer.
The opportunity is now here to say enough of that experience and let's try something new.
Those of us who are aware know that presently we are embodying all our Soul aspects of past and future lives...some call this consciousness embodiment, ensoulment, or even perhaps embodiment of Pure Love.
We are "God" (genderless) now completing the duality/separation experiment and moving forth to begin a new experiment and bringing into form the unexplored, unknown and limitless potential of the conscious aware experience of Being God/Source/CreatorSelf in full realisation, full demonstration, full bodily expression.
Presently we are in the transition phase of birthing the new.
We know there is a huge consciousness shift occurring. The temple body is morphing. Some call the process physical immortality. Some focus on the new light body (merkaba) in process of creation. Others including mySelf realise there is supremely natural bodily upliftment occurring with each inhale and exhale of breath.
There is much talk of DNA activations from 2 strands to 12 strands to 144 strands and in some instances ????, an unknown number of strands. This latter sits well with me in the limitless potential we are moving into for to give a specific number of strands is a limitation.
Personally I see DNA is an anagram for Divine Natural Awareness where the bodily upgrade is occurring supremely naturally as the newer and lighter energies are pouring forth from within and without. No codes need be activated, nothing need be done. Instead it is more a knowing. An acceptance and allowance of all that is being so.
We naturally breathe these new energies in and in doing so they allow the body to naturally morph into one which is immortal with the potential of everlasting life to come and go at will. No more need to reincarnate through the human death and birth process. One can still choose to do this of course, but we now have the choice.
These new and free energies, currently called crystalline energies are naturally clearing out and purifying the bodily structure of all past toxic dualist thoughts, experiences, beliefs and concepts, enabling the pure Original Genderless Soul Creation to embody fully. It is a conscious choice of course and allows one the opportunity of experiencing the eternal infinite life, spoken of by religions and in religious texts, in genuine embodied demonstration.
Now that is what I call a New experience from which there are boundless opportunities to Be and Do and Create and Explore All There Is as All There Is in a fully conscious and aware limitless experience/s . And of course All There Is, The One, is evolving and expanding and exploring along with us. How magnificent is that?
I know my body is in present process of unravelling the death urge we all have inherited through being on the reincarnation wheel for so long. Not always a pleasant experience yet in full understanding of what is occurring, this too shall surely pass!
Realignment to my Original Creation now coming into form is in process and for that I give thanks. Accepting and allowing all in the process of its so Becoming is grand trust for trust is the essence of Self discovery - in other words Knowing ThySelf in ever fullest and grander expanding potential, and this is occurring for each of us in our own way.
All is divinely perfect. What is and has been considered illness and disease is what I have long come to understand as the body in process of natural realignment, or as others see it, "healing" ItSelf.
Being the change one wishes to see, knowing that whatever is will surely pass for there is no permanence as change is inevitable and going with the flow of accepting all as it is and allowing all to be so by observing the flow of the bodily experiences in process of change, enables One to just Be in ongoing experience of what is.
Honour the body now that has honoured you for so long in this lifetime and give it its glory as One's Home of God/Source/CreatorSelf in Form, right here, right now. It is One's Present Home and if it has been abused (and most have) then it is time to give it its dues, show it gratitude and Love it into Being It's Fullest Limitless Potential.
From dense 3D human carbon-based structure we are now opportuned with a limitless human structure of infinite crystaline light. A conscious ascension and/or evolutionary experience now in process. The alchemical moment is at hand. Soul and matter are becoming fused. The sacred marriage (conjunctio) long spoken of now is (becoming). Gendered and/or genderless/androgyne. The choice is limitless.
What a Grand Moment! The Great Work is (almost) complete.
And So It Is.

The Alchemy Series # 21 - 10 September 2009 CONSCIOUS UNRAVELLING OF THE DEATH URGE
It occurred to me recently that this year, 2009, has been all about unravelling the death urge our body has had built into its cellular memory banks having long been on the treadmill of reincarnation.
As we are all aware we are leaving behind the illusion of duality and separation and claiming once again the truth of who we each are ~ SelfSourced Beings of Original Soul/Spirit which in purest form exists within each of us.
The body we are currently "wearing" is the one which is embodying fully our Divine Soul spark of All "Lifetimes", past and future, in the Now One Lifetime and in so doing, we are evolving into Being that which we truly are.... physically immortal, eternal and infinite Beings fully expressing and demonstrating, maintaining a youthful life full of vitality.
This year has been one of death for me at many levels especially at the 3D material one. All around me there is and has been death including fairly close souls of past life and this life living. I observe too this reflects the ongoing changing in bodily awareness and just recently I became aware at a very deep sense of what the ascension "symptoms" presently are really all about.
We are birthed into 3D through the root chakra of the fearbased separation/duality experience and from that premise we live to die "one day". All our choices from the day of birth are made with the view to what has been the "dying one day" premise!!
Yet our soul spark knows its immortality and now we are opportuned (in a portal of unity) with the space of bringing into full expression the Life Immortal lived while in the physical body.
Hence, we are presently changing from dense physical beings which "die" and shed the body into immortal beings with limitless opportunity to live in body forever!
Death is an option, not a requirement. The crystalline energies which are now gracing our airwaves are clearing out all that which continues the reincarnation treadmill as long as we do not resist such occurring.
I was observing "symptoms" of my body in a state of stillness and silence recently and it occurred to me that what was actually happening was the unravelling of the death urge that has for so long been built into our systems.
We are letting go of all cellular memory of the expected "requirement" to die and in so doing regenerating or resurrecting into immortal Beings.
How Onederful is that? Perfectly divine of course and it is Divine Will that this at last be demonstrated in the full light of day. Many will do so, however most probably may not choose to do so, at least in this Lifetime. One more round on the reincarnation cycle may be necessary for some.
Having long been aware of my immortality, it has, in hindsight, been a journey of releasing my physical density while perhaps not so conscious of such as I am now.
I am Now, at last, fully embracing and overcoming death in order to live eternally as an immortal soul fully demonstrated. And of course so are many others too although they may be coming from different perspectives however.
My body continues to demonstrate presently the transition phase of overcoming such and thus like many, there is ongoing "symptoms" in process of release. It is a deep journey to the Core of One's Being and allowance and acceptance in full trust that all is divinely perfect as it is has been a process in itSelf but now it is all coming together as more conscious understanding if brought forth.
The death urge is at last being unravelled in order for Immortal Life to Be lived.
Thus resurrected, Life Eternal with the power to come and go at Will, is the freeing truth offered to The One, IAM YOUARE.
WEARE immortal and becoming visible in full embodiment. The joys of Being The Alchemist Creator.

ROYAL (REAL) STATUS
I was looking out over the hills behind where I live yesterday and saw a hue of purple heather and golden harvested fields and something went "click" inside of me.
The royal status of purple and gold at harvest time. The alchemy of soul/spirit fusing with matter.
We are at the opportune (portal of unity) place of realising our True Selves at last.
The grand shift which we have long felt coming is upon us now. The winds of change are reminding us constantly that this is so.
The 999 portal of 09/09/09 offers us the completion of the old separative and dualistic ways and Being The One in full demonstration is at hand.
Now to be kings and queens we are no longer heirs apparent, but potential reigning monarchs of OneSelf as The One IAM YOUARE in full authentic sovereignty .
It is harvest time. We have sown well, the crop is ripe and now we are reaping the benefits of what we have sown.

WHAT AN IMMACULATE CONCEPTION!
Have you ever considered just what an immaculate conception we each are? If not, perhaps it is time we did so, huh? For not to do so is like throwing mud in the eye of the Creator Source, yes?
So perhaps it is time to get back to our roots. To examine deeply our true origins in all their glorious depth, their onedrous magnificence, their bountious beauty.
So what are our roots?
Two words, eight letters.
PURE LOVE.
As pure love we are individual ideas of consciousness, purely, lovingly, immaculately conceived, expressing grandly in and as and of pure love. It cannot be any other way.
In the Onedrous Here and Now Eternal Moment we are rising up to meet OneSelf desdending in a blissful, joyous (re)union and communion with One's Beloved. We are unifying, embodying our True Self, our SoulSourceSelf, Pure Love, perfectly and completely within the Temple we have been preparing to express OneSelf through in full demonstration.
The is the sacred conjunctio, the sacred marriage, the alchemy of Pure Love in Immortal Physical Form.
What a brilliant idea WEARE, YOUARE, IAM.
Who thought up this awesome idea, so immaculately conceived?
Who did?
We did. You did. I did.
What a artistic masterpiece WEARE! WOW
So pure we are. So crystalline and clear. So transparent. So expansive. So powerful. So magnificent. So majestic. So infinite. So limitless. So......... and the beat goes on!
How does that make us feel?
Yet are we really accepting and allowing Now our wholeness and holiness full and perfect expression? Or are we, just maybe, are we holding back a shade?
Time to be in our full integrity as Pure Love, yes? That time is NOW
And So WEARE, YOUARE, IAM.

THE GREATEST LOVE STORY EVER LIVED ~ TO BE CONTINUED
It's all been the greatest love story ever lived and it is only getting greater! This perceived illusion of fear-based living of duality and separation, is based on the greatest Love imaginable. We each chose it. We each lived it. That has got to be a perfect love story! That is Love.
I emailed a friend earlier with some details of the life of a dear soul who crossed over some time back and in sharing his "story" I felt the gratitude of my own "story" that has got me to this point in my life where, like millions of other Souls, I am ready for something new. Yet this being so, the gratitude I felt for my story to Now was genuine for it is this story which is The One IAM expressing, right here, right now. It is the imprinted, being re-imprinted, SoulSelf I am taking forward with me into the New Life. That is Love.
I am ever so grateful for the ride of a Lifetime to Now (many lifetimes within One) yet I know the consciousness shift we are now embracing holds within its midst such magic and magnificence like never before lived. That is Love.
We each agreed to explore as individual SourceSelfed Soul imprints as Creators extraordinaire to manifest the ongoing experience of living life from all perspectives as dualistic, separatist Souls. This chapter is now ending, journey completed.
What greater love has One than to lay down One's Life for One's Friend? And the greatest Friend of All is Self, OneSelf. In so laying down One's Life, it has allowed full exploration of the polarity, dualistic and separative Self to the fullest of experience. That is Love!
For eons in living as we have in the illusionary state of fear and separation, has actually been a Onedrous Love Story. Behind it all at the Core is OneLove, for that is All There Is. Ever expanding, ever expressing, ever creating, ever formulating. Infinite, limitless, eternal, FREE. That is Love.
No One else chose it All for Us. We each chose it All for Us All. What greater Love is there than to have the fullest freedom to choose? That is Love.
The ride has been perfect, creation in all its glory as lived in all the pain and suffering till now we each are and collectively are realising that there is no further we can go with this Love Story, Fear-based chapter. That is Love.
We are each and collectively now choosing anew. A new chapter in the Eternal Perfect Love Story. That is Love.

In moving on now from the closing chapter of the Old Love Story, One moves forward freely into the New Love Story. That is Love.
The Gates of OneLove are open wide now for the new Love chapter in the Book of Life we are each and collectively writing to unfold. As we continue on our way, let the glory of it shine in full magnificence and wonder. That is Love.
It's ALL Love, for that is ALL THERE IS.
OneLove, OneSelf as IAM YOUARE.
We are resurrecting, rising, evolving once again as Pure Love.
The One IAM YOUARE is rising!

COMING AND GOING OR IS IT?
On the rhythm of the tide the waves roll to shore and return to the ocean endlessly and limitlessly. They come and they go or do they?.
The clouds move across the sky, floating on the currents, shape-shifting themselves, repatterning themselves - forever changing. They come and they go or do they?.
On sweet zephyr breezes or stormy gales, the herring gulls fly, wings flapping in practise flight then gliding along the top of currents for the easiest and effortless flow. They come and they go or do they?.
It is autumn soon. The leaves on the trees have been luscious green all summer. They are now beginning to show tinges of yellow as the temperatures cool a shade. Soon they will be gone and the stark nakedness of their bearers will be evident during the cold wintertime ahead. The trees will be dormant while rejuvenating once again for their new dawn in spring. The seasons, they come and they go or do they?.
The new babe in arms delighting its parents will soon be smiling, walking, talking, growing, living then moving on. Life - it comes and it goes or does it?.
For........
Like the inhale and the exhale, we are, on the in breath, moving through an extraordinarily deep inner consciousness shift, yet simultaneously, we are, on the out breath, bringing forth this sweet inner beauty and tender elegance of SoulSelf which for so long has been hidden deep within our sacred chambers.
The cyclical nature of the eternal and the infinite, ascending and descending as One, simultaneously experienced on the horizontal plane, yet too on the vertical also, with all of life revolving and evolving constantly around the central axis, the Heart of OneSelf as SoulSourceSelf, as the IAM Now Present Presence.
A circle or a square maybe, radiating in all directions from the central point, the Heart of the Matter, CreatorSourceSelf. This central point is everywhere, ever here, nowhere and now here. The vertical "North/South" and the horizontal "East/West" (or is it the vertical "East/West" and horizontal "North/South"?), spinning, revolving endlessly, all being experienced as the OneSelf, IAM Now Present Presence, The Unknown Being The One Known becoming the Unknown, becoming.......ad infinitum.
The ongoing mystery of Life and Love unravelling Its limitless potential of infinite grandeur and magnitude. Freedom of Infinite Expanding Expression

JUST LISTENING
As One ensouls Self to the deepest depths, comes with it is more conscious awareness of detachment and there becomes even more so, a deeper experience of Being "IN the world and not OF the world". OneSelf, just listening.
More so now is the expression of the Silent Watcher, the Observer Being more fully expressed from the deep inner stillness, watching, Being OneSelf and, just listening.
In this place of existence, consciousness is, expansion is, expression is, neutrality is, balance is, All Is OneSelf, just listening.
Every drop in the ocean is the ocean in the drop, ebbing and flowing, inhaling and exhaling, allowing and accepting the waves of silence and, just listening.
In the depths of this elegant and beautiful space is the loudest noise of Creation ~ just listening.
All Is fair and just for ALL THERE IS is fair and, just listening.
The One IAM YOUARE, consciousness purely and simply Being, observing from a place of authenticity, as sovereign on the throne of existence, OneSelf, just listening.
SoulSourceSelf sacredly Being. Expansively expressing timelessly, endlessly, limitlessly and, just listening.
OneSelf, just listening. Listening in The Silence.

TRUST - THE ESSENCE OF INDIVIDUAL SELF-DISCOVERY!
May We All be Blessed in these times of The Unknown One Be(com)ing The Known One in the Eternal Now.
We journey in Life and find our way through trial and error till we come to a point of conscious awareness when we realise that we are the creators of our experience and whether we like it of not we see that the experience we are currently having is of our own making.
With the current shift in consciousness being experienced and looking at the New Life we are each creating, the Unknown is becoming The Known One as Self is ensouled to Be OneSelf again at last. Trust plays a major part in the allowing of this to occur.
Perhaps it has always be such, yet no more so than now.
As we move into higher dimensional or multi-dimensional awareness, we can see it is necessary that a change in perspective is required. It could be perceived as reverse to what we have been experiencing in the third dimension.
For instance we have tended to live by the seeing is believing parameter, with a need within us to make or force things to happen, with its element of distrust.
As the creator of One's life, the focus is now on living in trust of OneSelf alone through moving forward in cooperation with universal laws and thus allowing all to be as it is by accepting all that is knowing in full trust that all is manifesting to the highest order.
With love in the heart, trust in knowing that all is in perfect divine order, a desire to live for the good of all which is Oneness and recognising the divinity in all things, situations and circumstances, One cannot help but attract to OneSelf and all Life abundance in All and for All, which is One's inheritance based on the fact of who we each are. The SoulSourceSelf, Selfsourced from within, The Creator as All There Is.
LIVING IN TRUST
The firmest foundation of trust comes to be
when all life is lived with authority
and realisation that One is the way
and all that is needed is Love, come what may
As author of One's life through living as One
conscious awareness assures One has won
the victory of union and perfect communion
the past is now gone with this wondrous reunion
The truth and the freedom of living as Love
through trusting in fullness that Being above
below and within, without, everywhere
the fullness of Life is to Be and to share
Fearless living is following the heart
and being in tandem with Love, not apart
knowing then seeing is surely the way
in trust all is well in the light of new day
O'ercoming all challenges and being fully Here
in presence as One for no longer is fear
charged with creating One's perfection as real
as author/creator Self-approval the seal
Onwards and upwards to multi-dimensions
sees One now at last released from suspension
and flowing with life is the Now way to Be
at last life is lived with a full guarantee
No more need concern about One's survival
for being as One does enhance One's revival
when Life is now lived from the heart One is freed
and material requirements become guaranteed
Newness of Being One's open to see
that life from the heart gives full sovereignty
so moving on forward into the unknown
One finds that at last One now reigns from the throne

THE BEAUTY OF THE STORM
The beauty of the storm is how one negotiates it, how one perceives it.
We can rise to the occasion and be calm and see the beauty and joy of the opportunity of moving through such with calmness and serenity or we can get into it and react from it! For most it is still a bit of both, me included!
As I look out my window today at the huge seas and surging waves crashing on the rocks in Bay ny Carrickey where I live I observe the wonder of nature....its strength, its power, its magnificence, its love of Self, its Beingness. I know this is who IAM and who YOUARE.
I feel so blessed to Be Who IAM, Where IAM, Here and Now, negotiating the mystery of Light and Life and Love that IAM as The Unknown Be(com)ing The One Known.
All the trials and tribulations I give thanks for. All the joys and excitement I give thanks for. All the reflections and contemplations I give thanks for.
The beauty of it ALL is the expression of Who IAM in this and every experience, infinitely and boundlessly expanding beyond belief, time and space.
The veil is almost gone. The crystalline clarity is Be(com)ing. The purity is be(gin)ing to manifest.
The freedom is exquisite. It's perfection shines. The limitless potential is like that of the sea I currently observe spraying everywhere.
I wrote a poem some years ago inspired by a photograph taken by an Isle of Man acquaintance whose love and passion is to share this beautiful earthly paradise with all through his photographic skills.
Today's stormy conditions remind me of this poem and the photograph which inspired it. I share them both below.
The beauty of the storm is observing its harmony as Who It Is Just Being the Storm in All Its Glory.

A WALK IN THE DARK'S LIKE A WALK IN THE PARK !!
Living in the dark is like a magical mystery tour....a walk in the park on a moonlit night.
Sometimes the park could be an open field of ripe barley ready for harvest upon which the moon shines its silver light on gold and all seems perfect platinum. At other times the park maybe a graveyard upon which the moon's rays creates shadows perhaps disturbing one's soul just a little! And at other times it maybe a playground with swings and slides and roundabouts to enjoy all the diversities.
Whatever park we are walking through on this magically dark night, it is there for the experience! Let's enjoy all its expressions.
Living in the dark is living in the unknown and many who are consciously awakening and aware are in the unknown space of the new right now and as we baby-step our way tentatively through this maze of new and wondrous potential, we are choosing from a myriad of possibilities through which we experience our newly creating world.
Some choices are more benevolent than others, so it is worthwhile considering potential implications before stepping forth. Sometimes this may not be possible so we choose then step forward to experience and if not to one's liking we withdraw from that experience and choose again.
Remembering that in the place we are in in this moment, we are living our past choices while choosing now for the next moment's experience so the task at hand may be rather daunting at times, yet we Be it anyway for we are magnificent Creators. The Creator in fact.
In the barley field we play in the wisps of furry grass running and laughing and just Be the love and joy and freedom we are.
In the graveyard we may be rather tentative looking behind or checking the shadows "just in case", not quite so joyous and free as the barley field
The playground of swings and slides and roundabouts gives us choices so diverse we may enter in gay abandonment to experience all the many and different experiences on offer or we may hang back a little overwhelmed by all the choices on hand...."Which One, which One,??"
And then there is the balance of just Being in whatever experience shows up, detached maybe, the observer of all surveyed, in sovereign space feeling the wholeness and perfection of it all.
The Unknown is Being in the dark till, with the moonlight of pure understanding shone upon it, it now becomes The One Known as the form it takes is in full view in the sunlight.
We are each walking in the dark presently and no matter which park we wander through we will always find it perfect for the occasion at hand.
Celebrate well this beautiful time of the Unknown One becoming The One Known. Regardless of how It shows up, Love It All for Love is All There Is.
From the deepest depths to the highest heights and all spaces in between, the beauty of Love in All its glorious shades is there for the experience.
Honour OneSelf on All occasions. Love It Beyond All Else and feel OneSelf fully in each Blessed Moment as the Eternal and Infinite Presence It Is.
Bless OneSelf as no other, for there is no other.
Be the joy and love OneSelf Is for there One Is Free.

Explore them all, expand and express exponentially in the glory of fullest Self Love, in One's ever-expanding Self-empowerment and in expression of the joy of limitless freedom.

The Alchemy Series # 12 20 August 2009 BODY MASTERY - THE ULTIMATE LIVING WILL!
2009 is the year of Mastery, Self Mastery that is. And the ultimate manifestation of Self is mastery of the body temple in which is housed our SourceSelf, CreatorSelf.
Time now for SourceSelf, CreatorSelf to be in the driver's seat once again!
This is where we at last realise our greatest potential, at this point at least, for in overcoming the body temple's apparent control of who IAM YOUARE, we then freely realise our perfection, wholeness, holiness and completeness with no longer any recourse or deference to any other/any thing outside of our own creation. It is no longer just a perceived possibility or probability.
This is the great alchemical work in progress presently, that which is now becoming a conscious choice for many who are waking up to this potential.
I have long remembered my potential physical immortality and it now seems to be in the very early stages of consciously manifesting at last.
For many years I have consciously been aware of being in more than one place at the same time...and I know this is not exclusive to me for others experience their own version of such too.
One example was when I lived in a country town in northern Victoria, Australia in the early 1990s. I was walking down the street on a morning shopping trip and I suddenly realised too I was, at the same time, also walking down the street on a same similar mission in what was many years previous, my home town in New Zealand. At one point the two places merged and people I knew from my NZ home town were walking down the street of my "now" home town in Victoria. Being everywhere at once became a very valid known potential experience for me.
This is why I now wonder, after many years of succumbing to such, just how genuinely ascended are the ascended masters who channel through many generous souls. Surely these souls would not require another body through which to share themselves and their messages if they were truly Self mastered.
And why would those who "walk-in" need to have others prepare bodies for them into which they can just walk? Seems more like a state of dependency to me...have others do the work then walk in and take the credit!
But then we also realise the choices prevailing and soul contracts operative (which have now been wiped clean and therefore no longer exist, yet some still choose to live them out and that is quite ok of course), thus allowing such souls to submit OneSelf in order to accommodate another's request!
Yet would not a genuine Ascended Master of Self be capable of manifesting a body and come and go at will?
So let's get real with OneSelf and see just what this demonstrated eternal life is all about.
I wrote a blog recently called DEATH TO THE DEATH EXPERIENCE, which can be found below @ AS # 8
Death to death means overcoming the requirement or belief to die. It does not mean it is not still an option. It just means the choice is now consciously there for us to make. Do we die and reincarnate or do we not and drive our own life eternally, fully embracing CreatorSelf, IAM.
When such is overcome, the body which is our residential abode of Source Self is mastered and we can potentially live in it eternally, coming and going at will, manipulating the energies at will, upgrading it at will and so on.
We are now the Creator Source at the wheel of our life's creation and the body temple is potentially at our behest at last.
In essence we find ourselves living as The True Living Will! No more wills and testaments to be written and administered by those souls we appoint to do so on our behalf after we "die". And no more 3D living wills either which I understand are created to give away body parts upon One's "demise".
As an aside, I am amazed presently how much spam/junk mail I am receiving in my inbox relating to life insurance and accident insurance....delete, delete, delete. Eternal Life living does not require insurance against death!
Let's be the Genuine Living Will Now with The Body Temple consciously mastered and now fully free to explore ALL THERE IS beyond the bounds of a believed-to-be body prison.
I love the simplicity of this potential shared by Richard Bach in JONATHAN LIVINGSTON SEAGULL....JLS, my mentor of years, demonstrates so simply that which we all are capable of.
I have written of Jonathan in many of my blogs over the past few months for his Self determination reflects my own. No matter what, one still moves forward, even though time and time again an apparent wall appears to stop One from so doing.
Being the Creator IAM, We All Are, One just goes round, digs under or climbs over such a wall and with the All-Seeing-I focussed fully (almost tunnel visioned perhaps!) ahead, One gets up, dusts off and keeps right on going regardless.

So as we clear the lower chakras of all their old dynamics and live once again from the premise of a Life founded upon Original Purity as Original Innocence/Inner Sense at the BASE level, we are realising that the Body Temple is at our Will and we are not at Its Will.
As Above is Now So Below at last, or potentially so, at least.
As we integrate our Original SoulSelf more and more we are realising we are the SelfSourced Creator of our lives, not the body which has long been but is now clearing of all past limitations.
The One Will IAM is the Self, willing One to Be in full demonstration of ALL THAT IAM, The One YOUARE also.
The name William has a profound meaning when it take on the context of WILL IAM!
There is only One Will and it is divinely free, limitlessly so. And it is this free will we have long had yet in our distorted state of duality we have failed to see its infinite potential...till now at least.
I love the Gayatri Prayer/Mantra to the Rising Sun...
It goes like this:
Gayatri - Prayer to the rising sun
May the external world, the world of my senses be purified. May the internal world, the world of my spirit be purified. May the subtle world, the world of my soul be purified. Praise be to the great spirit that enlightens my inner being and all the world. Let me meditate upon Your divine light and effulgence until my limited consciousness becomes one with you.
Having said that, I have personally changed some of the wording to go like this:

The divinely free and sovereign Will of and who IAM.
There is so much limitless potential in body mastery yet we each are charged with setting the intent of it being so. A Body Mastered Self that is. It is the full potential of Self Mastery when physical immortality becomes a reality and One's limitless potential can now at long last be lived.
Tools I find useful in this are the breath, observation, silence, so(u)litude, simplicity, aloneness as in All Oneness, acceptance and allowance. And this is all inner work without due recourse to outside. All this incorporates Beingness which is Love Being A Love Being. Being with Self potentially Be(com)ing SourceSelf, Creator IAM, The One Being All There Is.
Body Mastery is the Living Will in Action. It is the alchemical great work, demonstration complete!
One is now Free to Be Love in Action as The One IAM YOUARE beyond all limitation.
"And the truth shall set One free"
And when free to Be OneSelf without any limitations the Body Temple has purported to portray, One is free to Be anyOne, anyWhere, anyTime, any Place and in any Way,instantly. For Now is Eternal as the IAM Presently Presence.

JOURNEY TO NOWHERE
We've long been on a journey to nowhere.
I was listening to the beautiful song called PILGRIM by Enya this morning and the following words "grabbed" me for deeper exploration:
One way leads to diamonds,
one way leads to gold,
another leads you only
to everything you're told.
In your heart you wonder
which of these is true;
the road that leads to nowhere,
the road that leads to you.
We often share about the path or journey or road (or whatever terminology we choose) we are upon on our quest of knowing and experiencing ourselves
We have been on "the road" it seems for millions of years exploring "out there" in order to find the answers to the never-ending questions of who we are, why we are here, what is the meaning and purpose of life.
Now we find that the road is a dead end. It has led us no where and we find ourselves now here (just by shifting the 'w' makes a huge difference!) in the magical space as we slowly are waking up to the fact that that road was taking us round in circles leading us always back to OneSelf. Yet we still continued to journey again and again till finally we said enough is enough and opened up to realising that there is no where to go, that we have always been right here and now as OneSelf.
Many sources still speak of us "going home" or channel material "from home" or say a light is required to be shone on others' behalf till we each "find the way home"
Home is not a place to find, to go to. Home is everywhere and no where. It has been ever here and is now here. We are Home, We are It. When we abide fully in ourSelf/ves, as OneSelf, we have taken up true residency in our Home of Self.
There is nowhere to go now except within OneSelf. We've been on this pilgrimage journey out there for far too long losing our way time and time again in the process.
The light we shine is our own, the place we call home is inside each of us which we have carried with us always, the path we are on is here and now, right where we are, right here, right now.
In the present moment of Beingness, we are and always have been and will be One and All. The experiential knowing of this truth is now the essence of what Life is all about. It is about Being that which we have always been.
So the journey to nowhere is now over and now here we are, each of us, exploring OneSelf as The One IAM YOUARE, Love Being A Love Being in whatever space and wherever place we choose to be and that matters not.
There is nothing to do for we have done it all. There is everything to be for that is who we each are, OneSelf as All There Is.
In this space of Being now here, in residence in our Home of limitless potentials and everlasting and eternal experiences, there are infinite opportunities of expressing OneSelf as All There Is.
Love Being A Love Being in the full magnificence of One's authentic Self reigning sovereignly and supremely naturally.
The journey to nowhere is over. Enjoy instead being now here, here now, right where we each are, ever(yw)here as The One IAM YOUARE.

The Alchemy Series # 10 18 August 2009
THE DYING FEIS(S)TY SPIRIT
I was not born Feisst for nothing!! Feisst by birth and yes, feisty by nature. It is this "ability" as a woman with this nature which has got me to where IAM and who IAM today, like it or not! Time now for this feistiness to be shelved, however, I feel!
I consider that in being born in the sun sign of Cancer - that is of course the crab, with a sweet, soft, tender, inner being with a protective outer shell - one is/can be easily hurt in love when open in full trusting of Love experiences in all contexts and embraced is the outer protective shell when enough is enough!
When one dies, it is well known that part of the process is reviewing the life that one has just lead, and boy have I been doing so often over the past few months since this dying journey has become full on in order to overcome the death urge and transfigure into an eternally, immortal life experience in this body temple.
Yesterday as I was enjoying a beautiful meal in a restaurant by the sea in Port Erin, I was considering once again my choice of mother/father in this life.
My father was Joe Feisst and in my childhood I always felt him as god incarnate! One of eternal patience, peacefulness and always allowing things to flow over him, it seemed. Till I realised when I grew older he was also the doormat on whom my mother wiped her feet. How could anyone disrespect such a beautiful nature as my father choice as god incarnate, I thought, rather naively perhaps! Yet he of course chose the experience.
My mother was Elva Annie (aka Nan) Forster (or should that be Forester, perhaps?) one who had a physical "disfigurement" which she saw as imperfection and hated herself because of it. Her temperament was feisty beyond the limits (boy what a brilliant creator she was to create Joe Feisst as her husband in this lifetime!!). I remember asking her a few months before she died in 1994 in New Zealand how she felt about herself and her life and she said she "hated both". Here she was in a care home almost blind after 9+ strokes, being spoon-fed and wearing nappies. How sad this was and despite our years of relationship turmoil, I felt great compassion for her. Yet too I knew she had chosen her life's experiences and was thus responsible for such. I remember having a very vivid dream once when I lived in Canberra (Australia) and saw this bedridden lady, my mother, surrounded by a divinely gold aura extending all round her for several feet and I thought WOW she must be some magnificent soul to allow herself to choose such an experience of this lifetime. From then on my view of my mother began to change, bit by bit.
So here I am, the potential blend of these two magnificence souls who I chose as my parents in this lifetime. Yet too I am MySelf individually complete as The One IAM "separate" yet One with them.
So I contemplate once again why I chose these beautiful souls to be my prime and early guiding lights in this lifetime. A Feisst/For(e)ster combination.
My mother lived life as a victim, no doubt about that. I wrote a blog some months back about releasing the mother principle (you can read it here @ http://www.elizabethafeisst.com/silentwatcherseries.htm scrolling down to near the bottom and find it as SW # 2 22 April 09) and for the past 18 months I have been in this process and now I am really at the murkiest of murky depths. Those ocean floor rocks are right on my "beach" - in my face - to be "dealt with" in all their "glory"...............!!! And NO, it is Not Nice to look at....yet I am really being challenged to let this lot go, and I wonder why on earth one would wish to hold onto this stuff....geezzzz.....feeling self-hatred in the process of its transmutation/transformation is definitely NOT a nice picture to observe....but such I choose to in order to overcome it.
Every now and again, I am finding mySelf in a "feisty" space and I think to mySelf.....why? Haven't I had enough of all this already? I lived with it for years when my dear mother was alive and now I am at times still "acting" from it...to prove what, I ask mySelf? Answer.... nothing to prove and ALL to "die" for....so let it be!!! But the feeling of ongoing "conflictive" energies my body temple is raging through in the process of clearing is beyond belief at times.The kundalini in process of rising once again is seeing to it that all blockages are cleared and cleansed completely. That divine fire is burning away all dross!
Then I read the following this morning once again as a reminder.....

When we absorb other people’s death urge, we can get depressed, feel suicidal, become prone to anger, be grouchy, or have violent dreams. Victim consciousness in all its forms is a sign of death urge."
We have ALL been victims for eons, for dying is of victim-consciousness choice. Now in the process of the huge consciousness shift we are embracing, we are leaving this all behind, thank goodness.
So presently I am experiencing stiffness and also moving through victim stuff in the process of the death urge unravelling and loving MySelf enough to so do.
Will I become a stiff? Grin!! Not unless I do not complete the unravelling of my death urge and I propose to complete its unravelling in its entirety.
The clearer the glass road on which I walk in this part of my journey, the more I see the beauty of the whole process.
The feisty nature which has served me well is now slowly (believe it or not!) succumbing, as I gradually release all resistance, to the quiet gems of soul-soothing gentleness and a quiet serenity.
The below is becoming gradually as above as all the murk of the darkest depths is alchemicalised into the purity of sacred union and the lower chakras are becoming moment by moment pure as the whitest of white snow and transparent and divinely love-founded.
The pure white lotus is growing into its sovereign beauty from the murky mires of its past and in so doing is transforming those mires into a glorious dark "night sky" of crystalline Oneder.

A realisation came to me today.....geez, how long have we lived (at least in the christian west) under the score of 12 disciples and Jesus. Yep, the baker's dozen is now operative!
Time to grow up and be The 13th One.
The # 13 has always been one of superstition, one which many prefer not to evaluate or to live in their experience. Somehow people don't like # 13....
Why??
Doesn't bother me....but seems to bother many...
Who sleeps on the 13th floor of a hotel??...Some hotels do not even have a "13th" floor.
Who likes street # 13, box # 13, a seat in a bus or train # 13 etc...and so it goes.
Numerologically, # 13 is the # of life and/or death.........how appropriate in this time of death/rebirth!!
What's the problem with the # 13? Fear........get over it....deal with it....live it...then be free of it.
Get off the tree of 12 as followers of # 13 and walk the path of and as The 13th, The One IAM YOUARE, living the life eternal, infinite and free and not being the group or worshippers of death on the tree!!

DEATH TO THE DEATH EXPERIENCE
Long ago I remembered my physical immortality option and set out to relive it.
Death is an option. It is not inevitable. Death is a belief system we have each bought into over the eons on the reincarnation treadmill. The only way to get off this treadmill is to die to it in order to be rebirthed into eternal, immortal, infinite and everlasting life, for death is always a pre-requisite to birth!
Death is a subject which is, in the west at least, not spoken of much, not really understood, and really deeply feared. It only comes up usually when someone dies and then is only dealt with on a formal and superficial level and all feelings related to it are dealt with behind closed doors and not in the "public" arena.
Paul writes in one of the Corinthians that (paraphrased) "the greatest fear to overcome is death"
Love is the answer of course, for that is All There Is and death having been, we believed, part of life, is therefore Love, yet feared deeply!.
We are ascending or perhaps more truthfully evolving way beyond where we have ever been before and in our imaginings, we see and feel and desire a place of peace and love and joy like no other we have ever experienced.
To genuinely, and I mean genuinely Love ourSelves, we have to die in the living body first surrendering to ALL the eons of deaths of past Self/ves. Not only all the peaceful releases from the the body in times gone, but all the perceived horrible ones too. And not only those we have personally endured but also those we have inflicted upon others through murder, war, and all such manner of lifetimes past, memories of which our physical temples hold in its structure in its cellular memories, its DNA.
So genuine evolvement or ascension is DESCENDING in the realms of the depths, to the ocean floor of remembrance and re-experience, and I mean really re-experience ALL these feelings we carry about death....hatred, loss, grief and sadness, pain, hurt, rage, anguish, arrogance, vindictiveness, revenge, guilt, judgement, condemnation and much, much more. In one word, FEAR. And as Love is All There Is, all these feelings incorporated in the label FEAR, are Love-based at the core.
Yes, they are, like it or not. Most of us don't, do we? We are uncomfortable about grief, anger, hurt and pain and place expectations upon OneSelf and others on how One should be rather rather than just simply Be OneSelf in whatever way one shows up.
If Love is All There Is, then it cannot be any other way for it is ALL inclusive!
Society has unfortunately led us to believe that this is not so and we have bought into this belief wondrously. In process all the feelings round death listed above have been buried deep for eons and still in many cases relived over and over again by going to war on ourselves through the reflection of others. Oh, the illusionary dramas we have created for ourselves in so being. The 20th century was the greatest "in your face" experience with such creations as World Wars I & II and so on and even today we are warring against ourselves in Iraq and Afghanistan....what Onederful Creators we are!
Leonard Orr wrote many years ago that death has become the normal for we are programmed by what he calls the "death urge". (See more on this @ http://www.rebirthingbreathwork.com/node/23 )
We have birthed into this world for eons in body temples already programmed to die. In other words from the day we are born, we have made choices to live out the death programme. We have birthed ourselves to prove to ourselves that death is inevitable. And so it has been!
Even the birth experience is a death by the unceremonious cutting of the umbilical chord, the scar of which lives on as a "badge" on our body temples as a natural part of the anatomy called the navel thus proving to ouOneSelf and the world our wound/s!
Till this scar disspates completely from the anatomy, we are living from the platform of instilled fear. Heal the wound of this scar at the core by realigning to the platform of eternal love and life, then the navel will dissipate.
As SelfSourced Beings this is now a potential reality for birth will be/can be no longer a requirement when living as immortal, eternal and infinite Beings.
So to overcome the death urge programming within each of us, we each are required to relive ALL our death experiences or the feelings around them that our cellular memory carries, and do so while in the body temple. That is of course if we wish to move through this auspicious time, this huge consciousness shift opportunity we as humanity and beyond have created, individually and collectively.
Now it is time to release all beliefs around death and mortality and realise our immortality and live it here and now, by seeing that death is just another choice, another option.
There is nothing wrong of course in the continuation on the reincarnation cycle, however to know that one does not have to is ever so freeing and the release from death is a journey we will all choose eventually.
Dr Christine Page MD spoke of this beautifully in a recent video I watched when she said that the death journey is something we ALL are to take in the process of ascension/evolution. This is what we are being challenged to go through now in order to birth this massive consciousness shift humanity is now experiencing. Christine challenges people who tell her they are into transformation when she says to them "so you are into dying"... "no," they respond, "I am transforming!" Mmmmmm!! Whose fooling themselves?

In some respects death can be seen as transformation, yet at its core death is death and is required to be faced head on in order for all fear at root level to be overcome.
It is actually the clearance of the lower chakras, especially the root and sacral chakras, all of which are still programmed inclusive of fear. This must ALL be surrendered. Living through the death urge in order to Become the eternal Life experience is an option Now.
Most/many are just dabbling their toes in the ocean at the shoreline so to speak, but are not getting real by getting into the depths of the experience, that of swimming right out into the deepest depths of the ocean!
And most/many are "stuck" on the part of the light and love and all being fluffy and beautiful. however unless the journey of death is taken by delving deep in the stuff hidden on the "ocean floor" of our subconscious, in the cellular memories of our body temples and move through all the murk this entails, then the death urge remains alive and well.
The journey we are on is in end one of Self Love at the highest level we choose that to be. For me, it is the whole way. I choose Life Eternal not the half-way house experience where I can get off the train when the going gets tough. For I know to do so, that any next incarnation via human birth or walk-in or whatever other process will only exacerbate the process ten or more fold.
The well known saying is..."when the going gets tough, the tough get going". I am tough. I was not born Down Under, nor of Manx descent for nothing. All represent in the depths of their origins that when knocked down one gets up again, dusts off and moves forward. And I have done this time and time again. (The Manx have 3 legs you know for this reason and in effect cannot be knocked down!) All my own creation of course, yet serves the perfect purpose of Me Being who IAM right in this Present Moment, like it or not. How One shows up is who One is in that moment!
In 2006 I chose to delve into my ocean floor and since that time it has been all "down hill" so to speak! Prior to that all was shining and glistening, roses and light fluffy love, yet at the its depth was unresolved fear. Fine on the surface, good to feel, kindly to others, and good to view from the perspective of society who tends to exhibit repugnance toward the individual who chooses to go the whole way!
Descending into the base stuff has not been pleasant necessarily, yet as I see clearer the process, I am coming more and more to love every minute of it. It is presently my passion and purpose in fact for I know the realignment occurring is boundless and limitless and I love sharing it, much to the "disapproval" of many, yet is that not judgment and condemnation based on the fear platform?
I am fully aware souls walk away from me in this process for it triggers off stuff in them which they do not wish to face. Too I have walked away from those who do not see me in the reality of who I am. This has included my immediate family, including my own children I birthed in this life time. And too, it has been many dear friends who cannot or do not wish to understand (or choose not to) the process I am moving through. It is far more important for me now to be fully true to who IAM rather than please others for the sake of Being seen to Be "in the group". In pleasing MySelf IAM pleasing All There Is as The One IAM for All There Is is all-embracing, is it not?
In the process of being true to Self, One realises that in the end the journey of Reality of limitless potentials of the uncreated becoming, the Impossible becoming, through a consciousness shift by the addition of an apostrophe, the All That Is I'M Possible.
So presently in the process of the fullest Self Love, IAM dying in order to birth anew, a simultaneous yet sequential process.
I know I irk some and that is ok of course, yet this irksome is only because it triggers stuff in these souls and I have compassion for their space. I feel their discomfort by their being around me, yet I know it is their's to deal with. I am fully comfortable now with who IAM in the space of the death-birth process I am moving through. It has taken me awhile to come to this point of comfort I fully admit, yet I have no intention of giving this space away to make others feel comfortable. As I said, IAM true to MySelf, first and foremost.
My mirror now is MySelf, if such need exists, the Original Source of my Beingness and even beyond that space of Originality to the space of Limitless Beingness where no thing and everything exists simultaneously and sequentially.
In the place of the still point time circles around One. Death and birth become the One experience in the eternal moment of Now. The linear time scale we have allowed to be our reality for so long has scarred us with wounds requiring "healing" to the core, at the core.
Death is the answer to Life Eternal through the Love of Self as Self Love at the grandest and most magnificent level.
And So It Is and So IAM Love Being A Love Being however I show up in each Now moment of the process.
Love is All There Is, inclusive of All There Is, even that which is regarded as the "not so nice" stuff.
Love It All unconditionally for that is the embracement of ALL of The One IAM YOUARE

THE WAVES ARE WAVING TODAY!
The sea is quite "rough" today as I observe from my window. The rain falls cleansing the environment. But it is the ever-constant forward thrust of energy I observe in the waves to which I gravitate presently.
They each roll on shore in powerful momentum. They urge, they splurge, they surge, they merge, they emerge, then they roll back to whence they came to form once again into a new experience of Self/ves.
The cleansing of the deep continues. From the depths is brought forth that which was not known, denied, forgotten, ignored, coming to shore on waves of flurry and in waves of energy, dumped on our "beach" as weeds and rocks for consideration, assimilation and/or elimination. This is death transforming itSelf as New Birth.
Death always preceeds (re)birth. It is the waves urging, splurging, surging, merging and emerging in ever-changing patterns as a constant cycle of ebb and flow. Presently the ebb and flow is an emerge 'n see, a fearless display of Love's all-embracing Self empowerment.
IAM One and All as We each Are. But it is The One IAM that is my focus Now for that is All There Is, The One IAM, Love. In embracing One's IAM One chooses an ever-expanding expression of OneSelf as All There Is, Love.
As The All, IAM All Waves, waving concurrently as the currents take them.
As The One, IAM The One Wave embracing All Waves. waving concurrently as the currents take It.
The Soul is urging in an ostentatious display (a splurge) as it surges toward completion of merging as OneSelf to emerge fully formed into the light of the New Day, ToDay, the pure light of understanding, the sub-stance of and as form expressing as The Word, IAM.
"And the Word is IAM and The Word is Made Flesh.."
This urging, this splurging, this surging, this merging, this emerging - this is Love Being A Love Being! The One IAM YOUARE. It is an emerge 'n see!
The waves are waving today. Goodbye to the Old, hullo to the New in the Present Now Moment experiencing The One and The All as IAM.

The Alchemy Series # 6 14 August 2009
WHY CONTINUE TO OUT-SOURCE WHEN ONE IS A SELF-SOURCED BEING?
I remember going to a 2-day conference back in the 1980s in Sydney with 800 others led by Ramtha and JZ Knight. A fantastic weekend, highly energised and well worth attending considering where I was on my path at the time.
Over the years till about 1997 I continued to frequent seminars and workships and devouring books of all spiritual varieties and while learning from these presenters and authors, I was fast concluding that I was not bringing all the knowledge into realisation in my own life. Walking the talk, so to speak
Moving to the Isle of Man in 2003, for a while I was part of the local Brahma Kumaris group here and while a beautiful group, it was still "out there", so I left. I was also still reading books but was finding them less attractive now.
Too, I was gradually choosing a life of simplicity and aloneness (which in fact is my own Oneness) and on retirement in 2008 I became totally free to be in this space with my time my own and no other/s calling upon me unless it was of my choosing. Having no direct-line phone contact is a marvellous choice I can assure you!
For the first time I fully realised my full potential Self-empowerment. Seeing no longer any need of another/s to fullfil my requirements at any level, yet still not ready to take on the full responsibility.
The "attraction" to channellers and channellings continued for a while in early 2009 for it had long been to me that mystical "space" which I had once aspired to, yet for whatever reason never attained. (All my writing and poetic expressions are SelfSourced from within MySelf). I was slowly waking up to the fact that I WAS all I required and did not need such any longer. At the same time I was gradually awakening to the fact of my own empowerment as a Self-sourced Being of limitless, magnificent potential.
Reflecting upon all this "outside of Self" stuff, I realised it was like an addiction, a parasitical energy dependency I had created and was continuing to perpetuate in seeking the energetic upliftment from these other sources. How glad I am now that my Soul did not have me channel these Beings as I had once wished!
Time to move on and into my own full Self-empowerment at last. Tooing and froing is natural, for me at least, for a short time when one makes such a life-changing choice and I must admit I did pendulum-swing awhile.
Being Creator-sourced from within, it is now up to MySelf to experience limitless expansion and express in form beyond where I have ever been.
As I wrote in my blog a few days ago, the threshold has been crossed, the umbilical chord has been severed now and AlOne as All One, IAM Being MySelf.
For me, the group scene has been done and dusted now. It may return again one day in another format, however I prefer one-on-one connections now. And this does occur occasionally, however in the main I presently enjoy just being with MySelf getting to know and love Me, free to come and go as I please with no accountability to any One else and experimenting with choices (for which I take full Self-responsibility) of new and expanding potential of the new Me IAM loving more and more in the Now.
Over the years I have shared my heart and soul with everyOne who came into my life. Now, for a while at least, I am writing and sharing for Me as I grow to love more and more my own ever-expanding potential of magnificence.
A sovereign Being, IAM MySelf, AlOne, All One as All There Is. The formerly Unknown One now Becoming The One Known as IAM.

We have crossed the threshold, the umbilical chord has now been severed and we are on our own at last. No more outside of Self to draw upon but instead fully SelfSourced from within OneSelf. The Creator IAM YOUARE, Al(l)One.
Self Love is the parent now, and in the full light of day, this trans-parent Being we each are accommodates Love Alone. It is One's residence, the place in which One abides as OneSelf. The Love Self One Now is.
Resurrected we are into eternal glory, magnitude unlike ever experienced, journeying no where for we are now here. The ocean as the drop each individually yet indivisibly surfing consciously in full divine natural awareness and each expansively expressing the IAM as OneSelf in glorious harmony in wholeness, completion and perfection, Now.
A joyful stillness fills the air. One breathes this in with deep gratitude and out-breathes the SoulSelfed wonder of such Beingness. The harmonisation of the heart singing the song of silence, a quiet embracement of sweet blissfulness.
Contentment fills such a life Al(l)One. In limitless freedom One flies unhindered Being an ever-expanding expression of The One, the IAM we each are.
To Be or not To Be was the question! The question is now answered from within as IAM YOUARE. Love was the answer. Trans-parent Self Love, that is.
Al(l)One at last. Whole, holy, complete and perfect. The One IAM YOUARE. the ocean as the drop.

The Alchemy Series # 4 7 August 2009 AND THE WORD IS MADE FLESH
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not" - John 1:1-5
And The Word is IAM. IAM The Word! YOUARE The Word. IAM God/Source Creator. YOUARE also. Fully comprehended. Fully understood.
And NOW in this time we are living, The Word, IAM, the realising One, (The One being now seen with real eyes) once again is consciously aware as ItSelf in physical form as You and You and Me as The Word made flesh.
In the light of understanding, the darkness, the shadow, the UNKNOWN is NOW THE ONE KNOWN, You and Me as IAM. Fully understood. Fully comprehended.
Forget the old literal 3D understanding of the above scripture passage. Forget the he and the him and God male/masculine/gender stuff. (And any concept of female/feminine/gender stuff too for that matter.) Instead, feel Soul and feel Whole.
Latch on instead to the higher understanding of the active (allowance) and passive (acceptance/receptive) principle as IAM, the Word, The One.
We each are the Source/Creator IAM of our lives and always have been. We are the Word made flesh and always have been. We always have been The One as The One IAM that YOUARE
The Word is now flesh as the Word is IAM and IAM is YOUARE and has Always been All Ways. The Book of Life, the Library of forgotten understandings now is being realised once again and expanding beyond where The One IAM as YOUARE has ever been.
And The Word is IAM and the Word is now fleshed as OneSelf!

The Alchemy Series # 3 6 August 2009 CLEANSING OF THE DEEP!
I sit here on this fine sunny morning observing the sea across the road. The tide is way out and the beach has upon it seaweed and small rocks brought up from the ocean floor on the previous incoming tide.
Hundreds of divine white herring gulls fly along the shoreline gliding on the currents of the gentle breeze with hardly a wing movement. Some however are struggling to maintain their levels and their wings flap to assist them in gaining height.
What a beautiful analogy of what is currently occurring within us all!
From the deep we are finding all the residue "weeds" and "rocks" of past choices long buried, coming up from our "ocean floor/s" and being dumped upon our "beach" to be cleansed and transformed into the purity of Original Soul.
Watching the gulls as they practise flight for their coming migrations in the autumn, I observe the ease and grace of those gliding with the flow of the currents.
I too see the struggle of those who in their apparent resistance of what is, are struggling to gain height.
The choice is obvious. Gliding with what is in the allowance of all being as it is with effortlessness and ease of movement or flap our wings in protest of what is and resist the inevitable change.
Just Being in the process, accepting all without fuss, observing through allowing the energies coursing through each of us in this magnificent time of conscious transformation, aware that while we may not understand what is occurring (do we have to really understand at this point?), it is best we surrender to it all in full trust.
Learning to trust Self that what is "showing up" right now is what is meant to be.
There is no going back now, for at some level, either consciously or unconsciously, we each chose this experience.
Now, in the middle of this divine transformation, the final "death"/rebirth cycle before humanity moves on to its next level of consciousness, that often called the white-lighted christ, we are each, individually and collectively, on the ride of an eternal and infinite lifetime. It is buckle seat-belts time and enjoy the roller-coaster ride we have created, knowing and trusting full well that at the end of the ride we will be exhilarated, in joy and fully transformed.
We are jumping off the ledge now, freeing ourSelf/ves of the shackles and bondages of the past and bursting into the limitless freedom of flight to the heavens, the stars and other cosmic universes. Our dreams are now realising - we are seeing with real eyes at last.
In full expanding expression we are becoming OneSelf in full remembrance of One's grandness and majestic magnificence.
Fly free. Be the IAM YOUARE, that Grand Being of One expressed in myriads of glorious, divine ideas (You, You, You and Me ad infinitum), the ocean as the drop within an ocean of many drops.

The Alchemy Series # 2 4 August 2009 LOOK INTO YOUR OWN EYES

We all feel the innocence and purity of newborn babies by just looking into their eyes. We spend time looking into the eyes of our children, our lovers, partners and spouses, and in so doing see the depth of Soul each reflect to us, usually not acknowledging that the Soul reflected is that of the Creator, God, IAM, Source of Life which is You and Me.
How many of us actually spend time genuinely looking SOULfully into our own eyes? We use the mirror each morning to check our hair and our clothing presentation and yet do we honestly spend even a moment in this space looking deeply into ourSelves? I am not speaking of the outwards presentation so much here of course. I am speaking of that SoulSelf deep within us.
For many or most this is a scary thing to do. Why?
Earlier this year I began to utilise the empowering technique of Soulgazing and felt immediately its potency for I knew I was looking at God/Source, the true IAM Self! Such a pure reflection of The One I have forever been waiting for and now have found AT LAST.!
While it is 10 years or so since I last attended gatherings of like-minded spiritual souls in the form of seminars, workshops and such like, preferring now to be Alone or in the presence of just one or two, I remember one of the techniques often done to enhance Self Love was to gaze into the eyes of a "partner" to come to know and love ourSelves more.
This never really jelled with me for I saw it once again as a continued reliance on "another" to love mySelf. Somehow I could not make the "transfer" from that "other" to me.
When I began at last to really experience MySelf in front of my own mirror by looking into my Own eyes, (no, this is NOT narcisstic, it is theraputic!) I found there the One IAM. The pure perfect reflection of Self connecting deeply with SourceSelf. My own lover, friend, partner. All IAM as ALL THERE IS. I realised IAM The One. And so YOUARE.
I usually spend 10 minutes morning and evening and find this pure vision exchange moves and shifts and shakes loose the foundations of my inner being. It surfaces all that has been deeply lodged for eons for transformation to the purity of its Original Source. While I am still working this process the value of its potency I cannot recommend enough for it is finally balancing the "equation" IAM. The alchemical realisation of The One I have always been is upon me. Now is the time.
If you choose to do this, you may find you need to start of with just a few minutes at a time building up to about 10-15 minutes morning and evening. Observe the feelings you experience in so being and let them to be for this is trusting the process to work its magic. Remember the saying "This too shall surely pass" and it always does.
Even more empowering is to stand naked in front of the mirror not only gazing into your eyes but also surveying the beauty of your body temple housing God/Source. YOUARE THAT, YOUARE!
This is a very powerful alchemical technique and in the process of its utilisation One Becomes OneSelf in the Onedrous Moment of Being.
So spend time looking into your OWN Eyes Now giftng to YOU the Presence of YourSelf. Be in the Moment with the One YOUARE, Now and Always, Allways.
Love YourSelf beyond measure. Acknowledge at last the magnificent, majestic, grand Being YOUARE.

IAM THE ONE
At the end of the Silent Watcher series, I am/was retreating more and more into MySelf and this feels so right for in so being, IAM alchemicalising as The One IAM.

There has been much talking/sharing recently on various forums about the divine feminine and divine masculine energies... especially during the recent Solstice and July/August triple eclipse energies.
There has also been much sharing about co-creating and collective imaginings yet you know, till we each get our mergence together within and as Individual Self, true co-creatorship and collective imaginings of the New Way cannot express nor manifest for the old foundations require shifting to the new way of Love.
Those of us who know the full empowerment of the Mushaba energies KNOW that there is no such thing now as divine masculine/feminine, for that is duality.
Masculine/feminine (not gender speaking here, of course) is no longer, for All Is One. I must be honest here however and say I am no longer into the identification of energies being labeled! So Mushaba or any other labels, no matter! They are ALL blended Oneness.
The new energies are PLATINUM. They are already merged energies of Oneness as gold (masculine) and silver (feminine) now One, Platinum. They are One. They are Free. They are Infinite, Limitless and Expansively Expressive.
This is demonstrated frequently in the area of the 3D music field for we have silver and gold awards yet the highest is platinum! So let's BE there in what this symbolises.
So much is spoken of the Golden Age presently.......let's move to a higher frequency....the Platinum Age..........it's time for its emergence

I will leave this with you to comtemplate awhile for within the energies of these words are sublime energies of merged Platinum Oneness, full and gentle SoulSourceSelf-empowerment and limitless Freedom.
